I initially LOVED this. Bought mine 3 months ago and it's already sunk to 1/2 size. It's noted you will have to add some after a year- IF YOU JUMP on it a lot. Bean bag will sag/stretch out pretty bad after using it for a bit which drastically changes the body support of the lounger, but what's worse is it will eventually develop a moldy musty smell that will end up forcing you to throw your $300 product in the trash because there is absolutely nothing you can do to get rid of the smell... read more

Everyone thinks this place is for kids. WRONG. I am 24 my boyfriend is 29 and we bought the yogibo max and the lap pillow. We watch movies, play games, take naps, and enjoy "adult" activities on our chair. There is endless capabilities for this thing and it fits to every-form. IT starts out a lot firmer than the ones you sit in at the store but after a few weeks it will be as wondrous and the chair that got you to buy it. I have two cats and they love it. Their claws haven't snagged the fabric or anything and it doesn't attract hair that bad. The ONLY negative. These things take up a lot of space so make sure you get one that fits your space. read more

Just purchased a Yogibo Max "chair", mostly for my young son. The shopping experience was straightforward and friendly, but it wasn't until I saw the 15 or so tweens spashed out on the "furniture" in the mall that I knew for certain I was going to buy one. The store clerk said they have the clear out the kids every 15 minutes or so but they keep coming back because the Yogibos are so comfortable and kid-friendly. After a few days of lounging, playing, etc., I can report that the Max is great for sitting, sleeping, watching movies, and working on the computer BESIDES being an incredible toy, chair, and exercise equipment for my 3 year old. He loves being put inside it (into the middle) and rolled around the room with just his head sticking out, as well as me tossing him into it from a few feet away. (Check out the video on their website to see other kids doing this.) Of course, it's pretty expensive for some lycra and styrofoam balls, but putting both together is magic. Did a big move to west coast and due to space constraints were looking for several options for furniture that is light weight and do not take much space. I was very excited to find out about yogibo and found that most of the stores are based on east coast and will have to place order from one of these. This review is for yogibo in general as our order was placed over phone from this store based in MA. Ordered a yogibo max for thanksgiving and we just can't wait to receive it. Boy!! my excitement was let down once we started using yogibo. I am a petite person with normal weight and even for me the yogibo goes low and touches the ground. It is very uncomfortable, very hard to get up once you sit on it. Tried to return this product immediately but found out that the return shipping cost will offset the product cost to a greater extent. So stuck with it. I do not recommend this product and certainly do not understand what all the rave reviews are about. But if you have toddlers or kids, they may enjoy the yogibo. read more

So we've moved back to the US, living in a plush Marina Bay apartment, and well yeah our furniture coming from China is literally on the slow boat from China. What to do? Go to Yogibo and purchase some bean bag chairs so sitting on the floor isn't so uncomfortable. I have to admit when we first walked into the store we were a little turned off by the thousands of kids jumping around and playing with all the fun bags. (Note we are also kids at heart). But 5 minutes in the store, my husband, our 3 y/o and myself were joining in on the fun and just about fell asleep on their comfy goodnesses. (Not a word I know!) A new take on the beanbag chair developed by an Israeli guy, and they are frickin super comfortable. Not cheap, but we are not ones to scrape coins for comfort. They have any type of bag imaginable from a single to a full on bed, to iPad holders and computer tables. The sales guy that helped us - Dan was awesome! Really knows his thing (ok yeah they are bean bags) but he was straightforward, very helpful and friendly, but not an overally pushy sale person than would turn you off. If you are looking for bean bags I'd say this is the place to go, but be prepared they are a bit expensive but well worth it! read more

Great place, My mother had been using an air mattress on her visit and after a few days she couldn't stand it any more. told her to give the bag a try and she loved them, many positions and is washable and durable. the cats loved it too and couldn't really do anything to the fabric since its soooooo stretchy. When she left to go back to brazil my brother took it with him and is now using it as his office chair. more uses than you can think of. read more

A JOKE. When I bought the product which was a whopping $250 I made sure to ask about the return policy and he said oh yeah absolutely as long as it's done within two weeks. They TRIED To charge me a 25% restocking fee. What?! Nobody ever mentioned that nor is it noted on the walls of the very enticing- to-children store...anywhere. Needless to say, I didn't have to pay the restocking fee because I wouldn't let her pull that off on me!!!!! My boy sat on it ONCE and I replaced it in the original packaging within a few days! This place is so cool! I was brought in to Yogibo by my friend & her 5 year old son. I did not think I'd leave wanting one of these things but I certainly had a fun little time with them as the associate showed us different ways to use many shapes of yogibo pillows & bean bags. I think my husband will love one of these to use while playing his video games once we have the room for it! The pricing matrix looked pretty high but from what I was told, these things last for years, given the proper care. Can't wait to own one someday! read more

Save your money. Got this as gift, feels like you're sitting on filling from a cheap stuffed carnival animal. it is noisy and unlike the video suggests, you can't sit on this thing upright unless you're against a wall so you're looking at laying on it mostly. It is light and has a decent cover but pricey for what it actually is/does. Beware of penalization by way of a 25% restocking fee if you decide to return it. What a business model: mislead then punish if buyer wishes to return. Also there is no free shipping even though it says free shipping. Once you checkout it will say item is oversized. Overall I was at a loss of over $100 to return it with restocking fee /shipping to give this thing a try. Buyer beware. Beware of shipping and restocking fees. read more

Went in on 10/5/2015. We had just finished shopping and were on our way out. Then decided to check this store out to price out some bean bag chairs for our students. It's so cool in there and we know the kids would love them. Anyhow: Knowing that we weren't truly ready to buy; We were helped by a young lady named Amal. She was super friendly and very accommodating; in not pushing the sale. We exchanged info and were almost leaving. But in the same moment, a very kind and generous married couple(will leave them unnamed); who didn't know us or if we were telling the truth overheard us. They then decided that they instead would buy the bean bag chairs for us. It's rare.... We were in complete awe.... It was just a special moment. I guess you just have to have been there. read more

At first, Yogibo seemed to be heavenly: comfortable, molding right to one's body, everything that all the positive reviews say. However, after just a few months of using our double Yogibo (and not jumping on it or abusing it in any way), the product began to sag and stretch out, and the distribution of the foam beads inside was off-kilter. We expected this, and it was not a surprise in any way. What was a surprise, however, was just how impossible it was to refill our Yogibo without making a colossal mess. Even with two of us working as a team and doing this in the doorway of our house - so as not to bring the Yogibo completely outside and not to spill the foam beads inside - it was a disaster. We used the paper funnel provided, but those little beads managed to make their way onto our clothing, into our house, and all over our deck. The beads that came into the house were easily vacuumed, but I shudder to think of what will become of the beads that escaped onto the deck and blew all over our yard. Will animals try to eat them? Will they take 10,000 years to decompose? What an environmental disaster. After several attempts to be neater with this project, we decided that it wasn't worth it and just abandoned the endeavor. We'll live with our deflated Yogibos and not attempt to refill them. It's just not worth it. read more

My boys, ages 5 and 3 absolutely love Yogibo. They could spend hours playing with the chairs, pillows and toys. The bean bag chairs are incredibly comfortable, very functional and tons of fun. We love the "mini" and are going get 2 "midi's" for them for Christmas. read more

Purchased a midi chair 2 years ago. It was deliciously comfortable. After a year it emitted a very unpleasant chemical smell that stuck to me and my clothes. I took it back to the store, and they replaced it. One year later, the same chemical smell is back. The company offered multiple suggestions for getting rid of the smell, none of which worked. I've taken the bag completely apart and washed both the inner and outer cover several times using various cleaners, all to no avail. Now they tell me they no longer have the liner in the size of my Yogibo, so I'm basically out over $200 for a chair that is unusable. Not pleased with Yogibo. read more
