Three employees were at the register when I arrived on Sunday May 24th around noon: Basil (great name!), another guy and a young woman (brownish hair, a little below the shoulders with NO personality at all). Very friendly Basil went to the back to get my dish towel while Ms. No Personality scowled about needing my ID because telling my name and exactly what I was picking up was not enough. That is fine (note that I also offered to show Friendly Basil the bar code for pick-up from my email, but he probably had gotten my order ready because he knew all about it), but when I pulled out my license I noticed that she barely looked at it...... it's as if she just wanted to be aggravating for a moment. Well, she was. Here is an idea for her (and the store manager): "may I please see your ID" would be a REALLY polite thing to say!
