After a, less-than pleasant experience at Twins frozen yogart I brought my kids here to get some well-deserved frozen yogart. The store was clean, excellent selection of flavors and toppings, and the girl at the counter was very sweet. This is the place to go and we will be back. read more

The frozen yogurt itself is pretty tasty, though I admit their strength is undoubtedly in their tart flavors as opposed to their creamy (more ice cream like) flavors. Their plain tart and pomegranate mixed is a personal favorite. The atmosphere is very nice with a friendly, young staff and a very clean, well designed interior. Prices are about normal for frozen yogurt and their frequent use of buy one get one free coupons in the Inland Empire magazines are also a nice plus. Now for the negative which is, in my opinion, a major flaw: there is absolutely zero rotation in flavors. I've only seen them swap out one flavor once and it was a pumpkin spice seasonal yogurt which was also very gross. It's a nice, convenient place to go in the area if you really want yogurt, especially their tart, but if you want to try something different than the last time you went, I'd recommend 21 Choices in Claremont instead. This lack of variety will be a serious issue if they want to stay competitive. read more

This is the best yogurt, but not good customer service. Little blonde girl who had 2 little pony tail buns, was rude. Didn't smile & didn't greet me when I walked in & looked at her. Horrible service. They have all young kids working there. Need to learn some Customer service skills. One star so I can post this. read more

I'll start by saying the place is nice and clean and most times the staff is friendly though this last time two girls were working one could not be bothered wasn't paying attention to the customers and the other was rude .The flavors taste artificial to me .Theres only two flavors that don't taste weird that's original and pomegranate .I tried the graham cracker once and it was really good and the next time literally tasted completely different .Not to mention this last time the yogurt was coming out really runny .wish I would of known before serving myself . read more

BEST place to get good quality ice cream. Soft serve is super cool and flavorful. Been coming here for a while and I've got to say that this place really rocks your socks. I'm a frozen yogurt junkie and this is my favorite place in the area. Very fresh fruit toppings, always clean, great selection of yogurt. Compared with other self-serve yogurt places, it is reasonably priced. My favorite is the strawberry banana flavor. The place has cool decor and there's a great outdoor seating area that many people hang out at. Pretty good for people and doggie watching on warm summer evenings. read more

Came here and inside it's nice I like those little dogs for the kids to sit on. I just wished Tha tables would be cleaned more often. Ice cream is messy and the girls don't clean after the clients and it's kinda of a turn off for me. I like sitting where the tables are clean. There are two yogurt places nearby my house, but I went to this yogurt place twice in a week because of their 25% off deal on Yelp (when you check in, you get 25% off your purchase!!) The price is great with this good discount! Also I like that their cups are colorful and cute! My all time favorite yogurt flavor in any frozen yogurt places was Original Tart. Unfortunately, here the original tart is too creamy and milky. Its texture is too creamy that it's almost like icecream! Also there is no citrus hint to it like the original tart that I've always had in other yogurt places. However, their sorbets are delicious! I really like their Pineapple sorbet! It's not too icy and perfect to give a refreshment! Also their topping selections are great. One big downside is that most of their fruit toppings don't look fresh and clean, especially blueberries and mangoes. I wish they freshly cut the fruits.. Overall, this is a good place for a quick refreshment or dessert! I would definitely go to this place! (even more often with the great discount !!) I wish they keep offering this deal! read more

This place is clean with pleasant decor, but the music is awful! They only play electronic or rap garbage at an ear-piercing volume that is more appropriate for a night club than a yogurt place full of children. I couldn't stand sitting inside the place so we left. The yogurt is simply not good enough to return. Menchie's is more family friendly and they have more flavor changes. I tried this place today with my daughter. We really liked it. The yogurt was great and not melted in anyway like other places. It was very clean and the two sales girls were very nice. YUM! This place is GREAT! The yogurt is delicious and they offer a fantastic variety of flavors and toppings (both of the fruity and of the chocolate type varieties)! The best part is this place is SUPER CLEAN! The staff members are constantly making sure the toppings containers are stocked and organized, that the machines are clean (not drippy), and that the floor is swept/tables are wiped. The staff is also very friendly! Well organized business. I used to be a Yogurtland fan and complained that one was not in the area, but now its Yogiyo 100%. Highly recommended!!! P.S. The toppings and flavors are always changing so even if you go once a week (like me), there is always something new and surprising :) I recommend the Red Velvet Cake yogurt with shredded coconut topping! read more

Frozen yogurt places are a dime a dozen but when i am in The Colonies in Upland I have to stop here. They weigh your ice cream and toppings and charge you accordingly. I am a big peanut butter and chocolate fan and here they always have both. They also always have Cap'n Crunch as a topping and how could you hate that?!? Very much enjoy going to Yogiyo since it opened. I think they've done a very good job complying with the County regulations during the pandemic ... until last night. I'm giving this review 3 stars due to the number of customers in the store at one time, despite the appropriate door signage indicating mandatory mask wearing and limiting 6 people at one time in the store. While the two young employees were busy, they did not monitor the rude customers who chose to ignore the 6 person rule. While we were checking out, there were 4 people in the store and then a family of 5 walked in. I was uncomfortable with that and immediately said to the mother that only 6 people were allowed at once, which surprised even myself as I have resisted monitoring others in these uncertain times. The mother stepped out, but the 4 kids remained in the store. Upon getting ready to leave the patio, I noticed, once again, more than 6 people in the store. Disappointed. Please do better, Yogiyo, to ensure the safety of your customers! I do wish you continued success. read more

This place has very good yogurt and the toppings are fresh, clean, and delicious. However, I can't say the same about the staff. The girls working there are snobby and rude. When I went to the register, I smiled at one of the girls, and she very blatantly rolled her eyes at me. I took a second look just to make sure I wasn't imaging this and she did it again! As soon as I got in my car my husband even pointed it out! I'm still not sure as to what I did to upset her and make her want to ruin my experience. I made a complaint so hopefully the owner (they don't have managers, the owner over looks them) either fixes this or just simply cuts his/her losses because from what I hear, I'm not the only one that has had this type of experience with these rude girls! I am giving the stars for the yogurt flavors however today I had a bad experience with my family. The young lady behind the country was very rude to my four year old and took the spoon from him and told him not to touch the toppings, this made me angry because the whole point of being there is to put toppings on the yogurt. i always get the original tart with a ton of fruit on it. the mister jokes that i get a side of yogurt with my fruit bowl. but it's because the fruit is always fresh and sweet, and the assortment of berries and mango i get is probably cheaper than a fruit cup i might get at a supermarket. :P i don't really care for the dessertier flavors like cheesecake or whatever. tart is usually the name of my froyo game, so it would be really nice to see more tart flavor selection. read more
