BEST HOT CHEETO CORN EVER! Okay, so I came here after leaving blue diamond nails (which I'm sure 90% of customers will be from that packed ass place lol) i decided to try the hot Cheeto corn. I'm VERY picky, but I had the strongest craving! The family that owns it is so cute, the parents know not one drop of English, so their daughter is available to take the order. I ordered a hot Cheeto corn in the cup for 4.50! They also sell a large one for 7.00 (worth it) however the 4.50 filled me up like a full meal, BUT if you're sharing with your wife/husband, Gf/Bf, baby daddy /baby mama or your weekend side piece, the large is definitely worth the money! The corn was a 10/10. Lemon juice, and perfect made corn I think is the hidden secret! I love supporting Latino owned shops, and I love actually getting what I paid for. I definitely got quality here, and I will be back for my fix! If you guys are looking for an elote, Chamango, or Ice creams, definitely stop at this place.

Been coming here during my cheat days in the weekends more recently. The Ice Cream here is very delicious and the staff is kind towards me and super polite. The atmosphere seems to be very clean and calm these past few times I went in there. I'm definitely going to be coming back to this place and perhaps order new things off their menu :)

There was an issue with the food as i arrived spilled. I tried to inquire about the incident and the staff doesn't speak English and hung up. I tried one of their alternate locations and they too do not speak English. This review is only about their staff and not about their food as it's honestly delicious when it's intact. It seems like bilingual staff may be a better route.

Finally able to check this place out. Been seeing it on social media and finally made my way out…read morehere with the kiddos. Wanted to see what it was all about. The parking is a decent size. Two tables outside to dine on if you want to eat there & a few bar stool seating inside as well. The vibes inside were cute and matched their theme. Kind of dark since majority of the place is painted black so pictures inside didn't turn out so nice unless you had it at a good angle near the window but I wasn't really here to take pictures, I was really here to try what they're offering. Donuts: The donuts are pretty, that's for sure. Plenty of options and donuts I think ranged in pricing depending on the specialty level. The ones we got range from $4-$7. We got half a dozen donuts along with breakfast items & coffee to try. We got the ube mochi, hello kitty character, unicorn, Banana Pudding, Oreo and Nutella donuts to try. The design are very eye catching for sure. Donuts are nice and fluffy and packed with flavors. Kids really enjoyed them. They're a bit pricey and not something you can regularly buy in this type of economy on a daily basis. To me, they're fun to buy for special occasions and that's probably what we'll do for birthdays or events. For the food, we got a PD breakfast burrito. They offered to cut it in half. The burrito itself is already $16. They asked if we wanted to add cheese or avocado. I was curious and did it. We added cheese and avocado at an extra cost to it. Cheese was $1 and Avocado was $2.50. Extra salsa was 51 cents. It's the size of my hand and a hefty looking burrito. At that point, it's really a questionable choice of why am I spending almost $20 on a burrito.. Haha but it was a decent burrito but in the end, everything was an extra cost after the initial order of the item. Would I buy it again? No. Was it worth it? Not really. But definitely good to try if you are craving a breakfast burrito and don't mind the price. Drinks: We ordered the Ube Vietnamese coffee and Sea Salt Cold Brew. We added an extra shot to the cold brew. The cold brew was good. The Ube Vietnamese coffee was good too. It's a premade coffee drink and not customizable. It's more on the sweeter end than a traditional Vietnamese coffee. I usually like it not as sweet but it was the combo that I was curious about and went with it. Good flavors. Wished the coffee was a bit more bolder for the Vietnamese coffee part but it's not bad. Service was nice and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and I appreciated the explanations and recommendations while deciding.

The owner came out right away and chatted with us. When we explained we were there straight from the tournament to celebrate our boy, he didn't hesitate--he made him a fresh snow cone on the spot (even though they weren't officially open yet!) and gave us a punch card so we can come back soon. In a world that can feel rushed, this small act of kindness meant the world to us. It turned a little disappointment into the sweetest memory. Thank you to the wonderful family behind at below zero shavedice for your big hearts and for making our celebration even better. We'll be back soon--your shaved ice is the best around! They explained that they put ice cream in the cup first, add shaved ice, then put MORE ice cream on top. I ordered a "small," it was plentiful. A large would be too much (in my opinion). The flavor I chose was "Big Stick," which is cherry and pineapple. It was fantastic! For 95 cents more you can add a topping (sprinkles, condensed milk, Oreo cookie crumbs, etc.). There isn't any seating inside, although there is room at the right of the entrance for a table or countertop with barstools. Come by and enjoy your treats, similar to the ones from the Hawaiian Islands! Sincerely, Rosemary
