Took my family to here on the evening of 8/8/2020. Only the drive thru is open. When we drove up to the window and tried to submit our order she (teenage girl) started going on about a mask; I told her I can't wear one (Gulf War vet/pneumonia on the lungs reduced my breathing capacity.) She then slammed the window on me and my family. We ended up going to get frozen deserts from McDonalds. Later when I got home I tried to call to talk to a manager and I am sure I got this same rude teenage girl who told me masks were law etc. I told her she can't refuse service to people who can't wear them; she laughed and hung up the phone. Colorful décor, a wall of spouts and handles, cups that seem small until you fill them, a bucket of gummy worms that has your name on it, and a digital scale that spells out your financial doom. Yogurt Beach operates in the manner one expects a Froyo joint to operate. The differences are subtle - some great additional yogurt flavors (custard), some fresher condiments (cookie dough), significant outdoor seating, and a very friendly and attentive staff. This was a pretty cool frozen yogurt shop! We came on a summer evening when the place was pretty packed with kids. They have a lot of different froyo flavors and tons of toppings. They had a few flavors that weren't that great and a few that were full fat instead of low fat/fat free. So I really only had 2 or 3 flavors in my cup, same with my husband. He was totally in love with the flavor splitters so that was definitely a cool idea. I have seen those before in California, but never plastic like these ones are so that's pretty cool and he said they work well. The decor in here is really topical, which we loved. They had a great selection of toppings. Overall, we really liked our visit here and will definitely be back. We don't live in the area, but out of the other froyo places we have tried in the tri-cities, I would say this one is the best so far. read more

Cool place for some dairy and non dairy soft serve. Very similar to froyo but they allow you to make shakes and smoothies. Great assortment of fresh and clean toppings. Worth the drive to try this place over froyo. read more

Yogurt Beach is hands down my favorite, locally made, delicious frozen yogurt. And not to mention the cute decor that makes you feel like you're on a vacation. If you're a frozen yogurt lover like me you've probably tried all of them out there but yogurt beach stands out among the rest!! Highly recommend if you're getting that sweet tooth. I've never been a fan really of fruity frozen yogurts(only the chocolately and cream like ones) but I fell in love with their fruity flavors. Try it for yourself!! (PS. There have been a few frozen yogurt places pop up around town in the last five years or so and Yogurt Beach has been one of our favorites. On top of being near our house, it always has good flavors and toppings, the staff are friendly, and the place is very clean. We like sitting outside in the summer under the umbrellas or pine trees while enjoying our frozen yogurt. They keep replacing old flavors with new ones and have a ton of toppings. They also always seem to have a good assortment of gluten, dairy, and fat free flavors and sometimes even have no sugar added flavors (my favorites). Overall, Yogurt Beach is a great froyo shop that I hope is around for awhile. read more

This is the best fro-you I've ever had. The flavors are delicious and constantly changing. There are lots and lots of options when it comes to toppings. Not only do they serve frozen yogurt but they have unique drinks and floats. They can even mix you toppings and yogurt into a shake. Friendly staff, clean establishment and good yogurt. The produce isn't always fresh but it's tolerable. Our only complaint is that the music at times is inappropriate for children and uncensored. On multiple occasions there are songs playing with curse words. We eat outside when the weather permits to avoid that problem. Overall we are frequent visitors and like it. read more

Okay first off, the young lady working was so incredibly kind and fun. Second, the frozen yogurt is the best I've had. They make a majority of the things they make in store (try the Reece's, it's amazing). Plus, the toppings made available are not only fresh but wide in variety. Huge disappointment to drive across town to find that their hours on google don't match the actual store hours. Had a late evening craving and saw on Google they close at 10.. Got their at 9:40 and couldn't get any cause they actually close at 9:30. You should really try to update that, if you read this. Other than that the product is great. What a great yogurt shop! Your 10 minute vacation. Fun slogan. Close to home,the park and on the way to run some errands. They make it easy to stop and have a treat. They have friendly helpful staff. Did I see that it's a local family owned business? Even better! Tons of yogurt options and you can try a flavor you're unsure of.love the little tropical boba/bubble topping. Priced really well.Kids size cups. They even had some temp tattoos for my 2 year old. That's fun! Get a cup and they will make your creation a hurricane(like a blizzard). Get a punch card.
