Visiting out of town over this summer and went to this place with family for what we thought was an easy sweet treat. Turns out they don't accommodate for nut allergies, we asked about the spilled nuts into other containers. She didn't offer to get new toppings but said she would forward in our feedback. We called the next day to speak with the owner and she was unavailable. The Owner took 2 weeks to call back and was snarky, she decided to tell my sister in law that "maybe she should find a new place to eat if allergies were an issue!" My sister told her how unprofessional that was and how serious a nut allergy can be. The owner said she would look into what they can do for allergies, NOTHING has been done. Supposedly retraining was going to take place. It's still the same. Was back this weekend. It's pretty sad that she made my niece feel like she was a martian for having an allergy. Businesses everywhere have been more than happy to accommodate, we will take our money elsewhere! If you have a nut allergy just know cross contamination happens daily here. read more

Such a lovely local froyo shop with vegan froyo options! I'll admit it was the good reviews and the penguin window decor that made me decide to check out this place with my mom and brother, and we weren't disappointed! They had sample cups, so we proceeded to try the different yogurt flavors. I never thought I would say this, but the vegan (made with almond milk) kahlua flavor froyo was delicious! I usually go with non-vegan desserts, but not this time. My mom and brother got some of the strawberry froyo (no sugar added), and it was good. It tasted like strawberries and milk, and wasn't overly sweet like the froyo at other places. Just as there are lots of options for the froyo, there are also lots of options for the toppings, ranging from chocolates, to candies, to even popping boba! The froyo shop itself, froyo machines, and topping bar were clean and neat. There were plenty of seating options too: regular tables, bar style tables, and even a sofa (with a tabletop) in front of a TV. For payment, they accept cash or credit card (even American Express). There's plenty of parking at the lot in front of the store. The store is located near a Subway sandwich store. I'll have to visit this place again the next time I'm in town to check out what other seasonal/special flavors they have! read more

What a delight this place is, and with a emphasis on both penguins and mustaches outside, they have my ice cream allegiance! The place is very unassuming on the outside, sitting just off of the main road into Terrace Heights near the med school. There's seating for 25-30 people with a good amount of parking outside. The setup inside is solid with a dozen or so frozen yogurt and soft serve flavors along with tons of fixins! Cereal to candy to fruit to just about anything you put on ice cream - it's all here at your disposal! I'd imagine something like 10 billion combos of you added them all up. I appreciate that they have coffee available as well- papa often needs some caffeine with his dessert! Great spot with solid prices, nice folks and a good variety of frozen options. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE!!! I wish I lived closer because I'd get it more often. There were so many toppings and their frozen yogurt was the bomb. Everything was fresh, fresh cut fruit, fresh toppings, fresh environment, just fresh. Staff was supppper friendly and welcoming! And when we asked for more strawberries there was no hesitation. They definitely made me want to return. The space was clean and really reminded me of an artic zone that was somehow incredibly appealing. Weird way to describe a super cool place. I absolutely want to return to try their other options besides frozen yogurt because they just seem so great. Got the Nutella yogurt... delicious! It was a bit rich so toned it down with plain tart but it was good. There were many many toppings and interesting yogurt flavors: pink lemonade, salted caramel, Nutella - all were good. The only thing is that the yogurt was either really thick and wasn't coming out well or it was running low. Overall good. read more

My family went here the other night while we were staying in Yakima and we had the most delicious vegan frozen yogurt we've ever had! We were especially blown away by the pistachio nut flavor as we never come across that flavor normally (as a vegan version anyway). While we were there, my wife accidentally left her wallet and didn't notice it was gone until after we had returned back home (which was 3+ hours away). When we realized that she had left it at Glacier Frozen Yogurt, I called and was so relieved to find out that one of the workers there (Isabelle) had found it and kept it in a safe place for us to pick up. Not only did Isabelle find her wallet but she offered to drop it off at a shipping store for us! I kept thanking her over the phone and asking how I could repay her for doing us this huge favor and she said she was just happy to do it. Isabelle deserves huge praise for being such an honest person and going above and beyond in customer service. We'll definitely be returning to this place the next time we pass through town. read more

I really do enjoy this little frozen yogurt shop. Every time I come here, their is always a great worker. It's so neat inside they have sofa's a tv and other sitting chairs. It's so chill their is always music playing so I can come do homework and eat yogurt or come with friends and have a good time. They have at least 11 different variety of flavors. They are usually different flavors every time I'm here. 3 of them will usually be non dairy which are Sorbets or almond milk based. 100 different topping to choose from. Fruits,candy, dried fruit, tropical fruit poppers cereal, Chocolate pieces, whip cream, chocolate sauce... etc!! They also sell coffee, Red Bull's, Iced tea and other beverages!! read more
