    Loving the penguin theme!
    Nicole G.

Such a lovely local froyo shop with vegan froyo options! I'll admit it was the good reviews and the penguin window decor that made me decide to check out this place with my mom and brother, and we weren't disappointed! They had sample cups, so we proceeded to try the different yogurt flavors. I never thought I would say this, but the vegan (made with almond milk) kahlua flavor froyo was delicious! I usually go with non-vegan desserts, but not this time. My mom and brother got some of the strawberry froyo (no sugar added), and it was good. It tasted like strawberries and milk, and wasn't overly sweet like the froyo at other places. Just as there are lots of options for the froyo, there are also lots of options for the toppings, ranging from chocolates, to candies, to even popping boba! The froyo shop itself, froyo machines, and topping bar were clean and neat. There were plenty of seating options too: regular tables, bar style tables, and even a sofa (with a tabletop) in front of a TV. For payment, they accept cash or credit card (even American Express). There's plenty of parking at the lot in front of the store. The store is located near a Subway sandwich store. I'll have to visit this place again the next time I'm in town to check out what other seasonal/special flavors they have!

What a delight this place is, and with a emphasis on both penguins and mustaches outside, they have my ice cream allegiance! The place is very unassuming on the outside, sitting just off of the main road into Terrace Heights near the med school. There's seating for 25-30 people with a good amount of parking outside. The setup inside is solid with a dozen or so frozen yogurt and soft serve flavors along with tons of fixins! Cereal to candy to fruit to just about anything you put on ice cream - it's all here at your disposal! I'd imagine something like 10 billion combos of you added them all up. I appreciate that they have coffee available as well- papa often needs some caffeine with his dessert! Great spot with solid prices, nice folks and a good variety of frozen options. Well worth the trip!

Rude young lady at the counter! Did not appreciate the loud sigh when asking for a sample cup. You lost your tip and a sale.

So do you guys have bubble tea, because I searched that up and you guys popped up?

Unfortunately, we do not. We do have the Boba Poppers as a topping. We have yet to venture into doing the Bubble Teas but something we are looking into doing.

The place is set up like many frozen yogurt spots with a dozen or so options ranging from tart to very sweet. After choosing the pink or green bowl, you get to decide on said soft serve. Post soft serving, you get to choose your toppings. They're basically put into categories of candy, less exotic candy, some of our favorite toppings like Boba and mochi, and fruit. You then get to top it off with sauce if you like. The hot fudge is particularly good. They have plenty of indoor seating including some couches around a TV, in case you didn't have enough screen time today, as well as some outdoor seating. The place is right along a busy road so you've got to keep your eyes on the kids, but it's nice for them to be able to get some fresh air. Well this place is not hugely different from many of the frozen yogurt spots we have frequented, this is the only one in the area that we have found to have tart yogurt, so it's going to be the place that my wife brings the kids! Great on a sunny day and greet on a rainy day when you just need to pick me up. Well worth checking out!

I arrived before closing and was finishing up at 8:00 p.m. when an employee came over and told me, "It's time for you to leave, we're closed." I understand that employees need to close on time, but the way it was communicated felt rude and unprofessional. A polite request or a simple reminder that the store was closing would have made a big difference. Because of this poor customer service, I will not be returning to this location.
