I was super excited to get frozen yogurt even though I know I've had bad experiences before with the staff and how incredibly rude they are i decided to try again and yet i'm so disappointed I made a cup and I didn't realize that I was allergic to one of the flavors that I put in on accident I meant to put in another flavor and the owner came up to me and told me why did you put that down and disrespected me didn't give me a second to explain and told me she was gonna check the cameras and then charge me for it I recommend not to go there. It is super overpriced and the staff is incredibly yogurt to be a fun place for kids and their families to go to, but this is not welcoming environment at all! read more

I was thrilled when I discovered this frozen yogurt store while craving dessert with some friends. Right from the start we were greeted with smiles! The woman working explained how the self serve worked. I really loved that she was more than willing to give us samples of everything we wanted so we could pick the very best combo of flavors . You wear gloves while pouring your ice cream to prevent germs from spreading on the handles and there is also hand sanitizer to use afterwards. After settling on birthday cake, almond, and French vanilla, you move on to the toppings bar. Now due to covid, the toppings are not self serve. I liked this because I know no one was tempted to grab a topping with their hand! I was also very surprised at the cost! Usually frozen yogurt is pretty pricey , especially with all the toppings I select. However, even with peanut butter cups, sprinkles, hot fudge, and cheesecake- it was a whopping $5! They have the tart froyo and mochi topping! That is all I need. For everyone else, they have tons of options at this frozen treats shop. This is the first froyo shop I walked into that serves Italian water ice and acai bowls. I typically get the California tart with mochi topping, lychee boba, and sprinkled coconut flakes. The California tart is on the sweeter side. I prefer mine a bit more tart but it's nice and creamy. The acai bowl I got this evening was a generous portion for $7.50. They will make it with either apple juice or almond milk. I got the almond milk and it made the acai less tart which I prefer the tartness so I will try it with the apple juice next time. Rewards are easy here. Just give them your phone number each time you get ready to pay. I believe you get a free half ounce for every $30 you spend. The shop itself is managed wonderfully. The place is spotless! The have some tables outside for those beautiful breezy days and also a few tables indoor. Indoors, they have a large screen tv on the wall for your viewing pleasure. It's a yogurt place. It's clean. Flavors are good, staff assists in tastings so kids don't get their grubby paws on the machine spouts with the little cups, but the toppings bar is still self serve so there is definitely potential for grossness from the little bastards. Came here after going to the gym which is located in the same shopping center in parkland. The staff was friendly. I was surprised to see that they have water ice (Italian ice for the southerners) as well as "FROYO". There was a pretty good selection of frozen yogurt (about 10 different flavors). I tried the peanut butter frozen yogurt and I have to say it was a pretty tasty. Not to sweet and silky smooth. I did see something that I have never seen at a frozen yogurt place, A Acai bowl for the health enthusiast. My friend ordered this and it was a pretty good size for $7. You could definitely have this for lunch. Good Froyo, good options at a decent price. I will definitely be back. read more

You have tell them each item , and also how much of it you want, one by one.....Too much, not enough, what did you say, what else, anything else, etc etc..... it's annoying to the customers, the employees, and the people waiting in line. I don't know if you can see the reviews in order of when they were posted but someone below me pointed out some of the same problems I was going to mention. After seeing that someone had already said something I wasn't going to say anything because it seemed a little redundant and I'm not one to openly complain. But after scrolling down to the owner's passive aggressive response about "We don't see any problems and nothing's changing lol!" I felt the need to point out that these ARE problems and you SHOULD fix them. The lack of independence for a self-serve yogurt place is honestly astounding and just plain annoying. It's inconvenient having to ask an employee to serve you each of the samples you want (which seems so odd when the you're allowed to serve your own yogurt) and then continue to point out each topping. I asked for some chocolate chips and ended up w my yogurt drowning in them. I didn't even want to eat it at this point. I think the whole tactic here is to save some money from avoiding people over sampling and maybe wasting toppings. I think the maybe $20 you save a month doing this is costing you a lot more business, and learning how to take some constructive feedback might make you even more money. Overall yogurt is extremely average and the owner seems like they have the same maturity level as the 15 year olds working here. Do better and maybe you won't have to worry about people serving their own samples. read more

We stumbled upon this place randomly, as there is no sign on the street. Granted this is not their fault as none of the stores in this strip mall have signs out on the main road. I love Fro-Yo places, and this is easily one of the best. Look, I am aware that Fro-Yo is always delicious, but this place easily has the most toppings that I have seen at a yogurt spot. We went during Covid, so the people behind the counter put the toppings on for us. Apparently, however, this is a place where you would do the toppings yourself if it wasn't Covid. Nothing against that, but I don't know of many places that do it this way......as there is a major risk of "gross" from customers. That would be my only criticism of this place, but being Covid is still rocking, who knows if it will ever happen that way. We went again last night, and my favorite is the "Birthday Cake" yogurt, however last night saw they added a "Cotton Candy" flavor. There are no samples right now (Covid), but I did sneak my finger into my cup to try the CC flavor. It was amazing and had to mix! It is also nice that they seem to employ only teenagers/young adults, so I am glad to see they are getting the kids some money. Definitely highly recommended!! read more

They lose stars because there's a 3.99% "customer service fee" which I think is complete and total BS. A customer service fee? Are you kidding me? Get out of here. I don't know if this BS fee is for using a card instead of cash or for allowing us to try a sample of watery yogurt but they need to get the hell out of here with that shit.
