LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We frequent the Yogurt Factory at least once a week for a summer treat. The owner always greets us with a big warm smile and so do the employees. I have been hoping with fingers crossed they will open another location in French Valley. The place is always very clean and their yogurt is DELICIOUS! They always honor my coupons and punch card at the same time. We seem to get a free yogurt between the two. We are Yogurt Factory lovers!! read more

Tried this for the first time and absolutely loved it! Not only is it close to my home, the selection is awesome. They have unique flavors that many fro-yo shops don't, yet they keep a few simple yogurts for those who like the simple flavors. They have many topping options as well which is always a plus!!!!!! read more

Frozen yogurt is frozen yogurt but what really makes the difference are the people working there. From the time we walked in to after we left, the staff was replenishing, helping customers,.and cleaning the store. The flavors at this location were different from most. I'll leave that surprise for when you visit for the first time. The yogurt was creamy and the toppings fresh. I look forward to continuing to support this establishment and getting my free yogurt after I fill up my punch card. Keep up the good work! read more

They have the BEST frozen yogurt and toppings. I come here at least once a week. And I love that its YOGURT and not icecream because I'm lactose intolerant. The only bad thing is the girls working there aren't very friendly and kind of seem like they don't want to be there. read more

The best frozen yogurt in Temecula valley. Bar none. They have a good variety of flavors that rotate on a regular basis (my favorites are Pistachio Pudding, and the low-carb Pecan Praline), and always have chocolate and vanilla. I really liked it here! It was 36 cents an ounce, which was cheaper than any other yogurt place I've been to. They have twelve flavors (my faves: plain tart, cake batter, and butterfinger). The plain tart tastes like Pinkberry! Lots of toppings to choose from and fresh fruit (which has always been super fresh when I've gone). Also, really like that they change the flavors so it's not the same flavors all the time (cough, cough White Lime). read more

Despite its name, "The Yogurt Factory," it isn't actually a factory at all. Squeezed in between a liquor store and an iTan Sun Spray Spa, sits this little frozen yogurt store shrouded behind a valley of tables and umbrellas. It is the perfect location for alcoholics and overly tan white women to stop and enjoy some fake ice cream covered in fruit or fudge before they return to their excessive drinking or tanning. I admittedly wasn't expecting much when I approached the store, but upon entering this lifelessly empty domain of overpowered air conditioning, my eyes beheld two of the most gorgeous frozen yogurt women I had ever seen. To protect their identities in this review, I shall refer to one as T-Mobile and the other, Verizon. Try to imagine T-Mobile as a short brunette with ferocious eyebrows, and Verizon as the identical twin sister of the notorious Kim Jong-un; both obviously were in my top five hottest women on the planet, with Selena Gomez ranked number one, of course. With not another moment to spare after I walked in, both T-Mobile and Verizon greeted me with smiles and complimented my suffocating attractiveness. In that moment, I felt as though life had put itself on pause, affording me the luxury of drowning myself in this purgatory of gorgeous women and delicious dessert until I slowly fazed into an endless yogurt coma. The temperature, however was set up like a morgue (hence my usage of the word purgatory), so I gravitated outside to enjoy the warmth of the day whilst conveniently shielded from the devious sun rays by the aforementioned table umbrellas. To my pleasant surprise, a large group of orange-skinned blonde women were set up at some tables closest to the neighboring iTan Sun Spray Spa, and it appeared as though they were employees and managers of the business, acting out customer interaction scenarios. Although I was undoubtedly captivated by their inherent beauty, their acting skills and intuition leaves much to be desired, with their potential seeming dangerously low. I was happy to see all of them sticking to their guns and settling for a tanning job. With my extensive knowledge and practice in the arts of laziness, I can accurately determine that The Yogurt Factory provides a relaxing environment to escape your troubles and responsibilities, and added with some ice cream flavored yogurt, deserves my four-star rating. read more

I've taken my family to various yogurt shops all over the Inland Valley. This is by far the best-tasting yogurt in town!! We don't go anywhere else!The staff is amazing and is always so courteous. In addition, let me say, that in all the years I've been buying yogurt here, I have never seen this place a mess. It's always spotless. Not a drip in the machines, floor, or counter. It's more than evident that both the employees and owners take great pride in the business. They also offer a punch card that offers you a free yogurt for so many purchases. I went again when I was in town...they always seem to out do themselves! I asked how they get certain flavors to takes so good and real, they said they make/blend many of the flavors themselves. Soooo good and their prices are good too! They have so many toppings (not sure how someone could say they just had a few, they have everything!), so many flavors and the place is always so clean! read more

This USED to be my favorite yogurt place in town until today. I walked in with my husband and our service dog and were told very rudely that she was not aloud to be there. I didn't get the girls name but she was a tall blonde and rolled her eyes as she embarrassed my husband and I in front of customers. Our dog wasn't barking, jumping or causing any scene. She could have came up and told us nicely but instead she proceeded to yell so all the customers could hear! I have never felt so embarrassed being out in public. We have been in there many times before with our dog and we've never had any problems. So this once amazing yogurt place has lost our business and anyone we have referred due to this RUDE employee. read more

Unlike the other shops in town they rotate flavors and have variety. Which means they probably also clean the machines. Only advice I have is if you are going to have pineapple, you should also have coconut at the same time. read more

Love this yogurt shop. We go there all the time. They are always changing up the flavors, which we like. Hard to pick a favorite. Plenty of toppings to chose from too.
