They have indoor and outdoor seating and lots of flavor and topping options. We went for a school fundraiser, and there were several others there for the same reason. Came here last week with a friend as temperatures are starting to rise in las vegas. My first time here and was surprised on the simplicity, yet multiple flavors and options available to you as you went along. I am pretty basic so I got cookies n cream, vanilla and double fudge or something. Wasn't too hip on the double fudge, but really enjoyed the cookies n cream. I was super disappointed when I came in an hour and ten minutes prior to closing and the store had already started shutting down machines. I had specifically come in for a flavor which was not available. The employee notified me that they typically start closing an hour and a half prior to closing. Came here with friends and enjoyed the different yogurt flavors. Almost forgot this was a yogurt place- tasted just like ice cream. The restaurant was clean and conveniently located so we were able to east next door at Firehouse subs. The employee was nice and polite. The only thing that I can say that I would change is the location and access of the cones. They are placed away from the view of staff and anyone can reach into the clear cabinet to get the cone. I've visited this establishment several times. On 9/24 I visited the customer line was long, the end of it was near the hallway to the restrooms. I grabbed a cup and patiently stood in line. As I waited in line not one but two employees rushed passed me and the others in front of me to fill 2 cups each to the max with yogurt flavors. I mentioned, I think there's a line. They both ignored the customers waiting in line took their 2 cups each to the back, then came to the toppings area and began replenishing the toppings. I'm confused, why wouldn't employees first replenish the toppings for paying customers, THEN when the line was short get their personal yogurt. Where has customer service gone? Not a delightful experience and really has me questioning if I'll ever return to this location. read more

They could probably afford someone to literally just clean up after the line all day long. Lots of topping but they are usually in disarray. It's a health departments wet dream for citations. Staff is nice enough. They just need more of them. The price went up to 62 cents an ounce. A little hefty of a price to eat at breeding ground for listeria and staph. On May 21st @ 6:30pm. I had to cure my sweat tooth today. Stop by this location. I have to say when I first walked in. It smelled like bleach & other cleaning products. Honestly I don't mind that. You will find multiple selections of frozen yogurt and toppings:) two sizes of container choices as well. Yet the 2 workers Grant & the other worker said her name was Genesis were behind the line. Now Grant had very good customer service. Yet I was taken back by Genesis. She was eating her yogurt right at the bar over the open containers. She was drinking her water bottle over the open containers & removing the food debris without gloves wiping it on the floor. I did express my concern to her. About how that was just unsanitary for her to do all these things. She replied and said "I'm eating right here. Where there was one closed container yet all others were open. She did finally walk to the back to eat her frozen yogurt. All in all seeing this. Has prompted me to have to leave a review like such. I absolutely love Yogurt land. The reason I give them 4 stars because I came to this place when there was covid restrictions..I liked that they had hand sanitizer to use when you first come in. I also like how the servers would put the topping on your ice cream for you. As a regular Yogurtland costumer, I can definitely say I got a great service at this little location. The staff was very energetic and amazing people. A great spot right next to blaze pizza. This one is a bigger locations for customers to sit down and enjoy their Fro Yo. We've been here a few times this past summer. If you are lucky, you get to get to try the ever-changing seasonal flavors (for a limited time only). If we are in the area, we visit. I prefer this chain to the U-Swirl because there are more flavor options (minus the Charleston/Hualapai location). We also like the flavors and combo options, too. It's really good tasting frozen yogurt. My all-time favorite is taro, but it isn't a year-round flavor. (We were lucky to try Kit Kat this summer.) I think that some of the toppings could be smaller (too big for me), but seems to be popular with other customers, or else they would've changed it already. We're always greeted when we come here. Clean location- and we've seen the clerks clean up the dirty tables. I love Yogurtland! It's always been my favorite yogurt place. They have the most flavors of yogurt and they're always changing flavors and bringing new ones/seasonal ones in. And they're all so tasty and unique. They also have the most toppings. They have everything from oreos to fruit to cheesecake bites (my favorite, yum). They also have a lot of sauces (peanut butter, marshmallow, caramel, hot chocolate, etc). And the topping bar is always so clean. They really keep up with it! Usually yogurt shops have toppings all over the place and it's messy, but not here! They have a rewards point system too, so if you're a regular, you definitely benefit. Oh, and they do 50% off the last Tuesday of the month for LVAC members. It's such a great deal! Everyone that works there has always been nice and welcoming. I would go to yogurt land every day if I could. It's such a clean store, the toppings are always maintained, and all the yogurt flavors are delicious! I usually go for a healthy tart with tons of fruit and I'm always pleased to see the fruit is fresh and fully stocked. Ask for sample cups if you want to try the flavors before filling up your cup! The girls are always generous in handing out sample cups. Wish they had a normal punch card instead of a digital one, but whatever. I'm not giving one star, which this visit deserves, because I'm hoping that it's just a one-off. But for a place that I've loved, it sure has gone down the drain. In the past, the bright, spotless atmosphere, plus a selection of flavors unmatched by the competition (not to mention the fabulous taste), has made me the Duchess of Yogurtland on and off at this and the Flamingo locations. I even shrieked with delight when I found a Yogurtland in Sydney, Australia a couple of years ago. But a confluence of circumstances has kept me away for a number of months, and I was not prepared for what we found on our visit a couple of nights ago. No greeting. No tasting cups offered. Okay, I can live with that. But the place was filthy. FILTHY! Every table was covered with grime (all the chairs, too), and that extended to the counter in front of the toppings, the floor beneath, the handles on the machines, and the blobs of yogurt piled up on all the drains. Even the scale was covered with dried-up and wet yogurt. The young woman at the register said they'd been busy. Yeah, but two other workers were camped out in the back, out of sight. They could have been cleaning up the place. And one guy did, after we complained about not having a clean table to sit at. He came out with Clorox wipes, using balled-up ones for each table, which made the yogurt taste like we were eating Clorox. But what about the yogurt?, you might ask. And my answer is "What yogurt?" Two machines are now dispensing shakes. Three others have ice cream - two regular, one light. The rest are yogurt, but a tired and unappealing assortment that didn't even merit tasting cups. The two piles of the regular cardboard smaller cups are now one, and piled so high that I couldn't even reach them. That's to make way for all the clear plastic non-biodegradable cups for those shakes. Good one for the environment, Yogurtland. And once again, the price per ounce has increased. Oh, and there was no manager, which I'm certain is a violation of the Southern Nevada Health District rules. I am saddened that Yogurtland seems to have lost its way. Next time it'll be back to Flamingo, and while I expect that the yogurt offerings there will be similarly sparse, at least I'm hoping that I won't need a shower after that visit. read more

My favorite frozen yogurt chain. The location has always been very clean. Sometimes when I go it's super busy while other times just a couple of people. The variety of yogurt and toppings are excellent. I like being able to serve myself. However, the down side to this is when I see parents allowing their very young children a chance to use the machines, make a mess, and then the parents just leave it (one time it was so bad the yogurt was dripping onto the floor and they just walk away; really?!). Clean up after your kid, or better yet, teach them how to clean up after themselves. Rant aside... I'm glad it isn't help yourself to the toppings (you tell them what you want and they take care of it for you). Paying by the ounce or pound for some (LOL) is brilliant marketing. However, if you have issues with portion control this may not be the place for you. Most of the time I find some delightfully delicious flavors. Went here for the first time today the store was very clean and organized. I asked the gentleman at the front how it works and he was super informative I wish I could have gotten his name very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very nice as well they go by weight. And you can put literally any toppings or flavors on it just keep in mind the more toppings you put the more it will be lol but we spent just over $8 on 3 16oz cups that had at least 3 different flavors in it and we added a few toppings each it was a fun experience and we will definitely be back read more

These days, every froyo place is alike- walk in, pick your flavor, fill your bowl, add toppings, pay, and enjoy. This location was pretty packed at 9PM, mostly with moms and kids (why so late, I have no idea). The line was epically long, backed up by (you guessed it!) moms and kids carefully picking their condiments. Turns out it was a large group, and the line was being held up so they could all pay together- each kid with an individual bowl. I was annoyed before I even picked up my bowl, but by the time I finally got through the line and paid, my yogurt was half melted. I'm a little annoyed that the employees present didn't do anything to expedite the line or to take care of waiting patrons while the group took their sweet time. Pistachio flavor was surprisingly good, carrot cake was light on flavor, and coffee tasted a bit off- more color than flavor. Fresh fruit toppings were well stocked, and I always appreciate being able to add mochi. read more

To be honest, I also love the fact that they open really late! Weekdays, up til 10 I believe and Fridays and Saturdays until midnight. I love a good cup of frozen yogurt. So far Yogurtland is my favorite chain to visit! This one is pretty close to my house too, so it makes it even more tempting. What draws me into a place like Yogurtland is it's layout and decor. I love the modern style of most of the Yogurtland interiors, it's kinda like an IKEA! I love the straight lines, the use of dark wood, the colors. Yes, to some folks this kind of design in BLAH and BLEH and boring but I love clean. I am a clean and near-clutter free FREAK. So I like the minimalism and the organization. Planning is good! We go here at least once a month. Myself, I'm more into the yogurt flavors themselves and checking out what Yogurtland has to offer on a monthly basis. My kids however? More into the toppings. Little itty bitty amounts of yogurt, and lots of toppings! This is what can make your damn cup of frozen yogurt so expensive! And at the current 35 cents an ounce it can be quite the price for that cup. Last time, my little one got like 3 tiny hills of yogurt and topped it mochi balls, almonds, gummy worms, cheesecake, and God knows what else...and it ended up costing me $7! Yeah, watch your kids! I actually like the yogurt and want to try most flavors on every occasion. But I always stick to my faves: Taro, Plain Tart, and Coconut. Yep, you guessed it, I'm Asian! The only gripe I have sometimes is that Taro is not always in stock with the yogurt machines. It should be a C-O-N-S-T-A-N-T and never, ever rotated out! It's kinda what defines Yogurtland as being an Asian-founded frozen yogurt shop! As for toppings I kinda go light, but I do love the fresh fruit: strawberries, mango, lychee, pineapple, and blueberries often end up at the party. Yogurtland froyo makes a yum-yum in my tum-tum. This newer place seems to always be busy - it is after all located in the same area as a Rubio's, Five Guys, and Firehouse Subs. It's like a one-stop-shop for eats! Yogurtland is situated right in the middle so it definitely capitalizes in some after meal dessert. Most of the time, the place is clean, we had good customer service, except when it comes to assist with Yogurtland app. I'm not sure if it's just me, but more than a few times my app doesn't work when we get to the store. Sadly it happened on Monday afternoon! So, I asked both young men if they could help me with it and they both said they didn't know how to.
