Holy ice cream! We got here and the line was soooo long out the door, almost to Blaze Pizza! But I drove over because I wanted the Campfire Smores ice cream so I wasn't leaving! The line moved quickly and everyone waiting was patient and friendly. Finally our turn to go in! We were waved in and we ordered 5 double scoops and the young man helping us was so nice! Very friendly, asked us about Mother's Day plans and treated us, and every customer as though there was no line waiting. He was pleasant, kind, patient and efficient. I love this location and the ice cream was totally worth the wait! read more

If you're looking for a fun ice cream place with some unusual flavors, this is the spot. First things first: the place always smells DELICIOUS because they're making fresh waffle cones. We tried a vegan cookies and milk, which had scrumptious chunks of snickerdoodle cookies in it. We also tried a chocolate brownie flavor, and that was great. The cereal flavor was also good! My only warning is this place does not have the traditional most basic flavors, ie vanilla, so my kids had to be brave and try something different. There also isn't a bathroom open to the public at the NW location on Durango. The servers were quick and friendly! It looks like it gets pretty busy sometimes, because they always have an area setup so the line can spill to the outside of the shop. read more

It's literally so good. I've heard about this place for I don't know how long and of course I see all the Instagram influencers and I drive past it all the time and the other day I had the opportunity to get ice cream. It was early enough that there was a very short line and the staff was so incredibly sweet. They let me try probably six different flavors in order to find my favorite four. The guava cheesecake is so good. It reminds me of being in the Hawaiian Islands. It is so delicious! There's some type of chocolate chocolate. Maybe brownie so good. I also tried the pineapple upside down cake. I can't explain how delicious this is and the blueberry cheesecake. I just encourage you to go here. The staff is so great. It is definitely worth it. For my first time, I wanted to get a good pulse read of our options. The staff member happily let me try 5-6 different flavors before we settled on our choices. My sister and I decided to split the sampler to pig out on four different flavors! We were amped when we learned it came with waffle cone chips. Plus she threw in a couple extras!! Yum. Honestly you really can't go wrong here. They clearly use quality ingredients and had unique flavors. The hands down favorite was Cookie Butter for us, but again -- you can't go wrong with any of them! 10/10 service! I'll be back before you know it :) read more

Omggg!! Seen the new spring seasonal flavors and HAD to lock in ‍ I've been to the location on Fremont and I'm so glad they have multiple places. Personally I LOVE milk tea so when I seen they had matchaberry and thaitea I knew I had to get both. The staff was super kind and efficient even with the line out the door it was very fast The MATCHABERRY IS SOOOO GOOD!!! Small shop that is to-go only. When we arrived luckily the line wasn't very long since we heard this place is very popular. I tried about four different flavors and settled on one. I finally got to try Sorry Not Sorry Creamery and it did not disappoint! The last two times we visited (after dinner on the weekend), lines out of the door caused us to turn right around. 2pm on a Saturday was much better. There are so many fun, yet approachable flavors! I could've easily gotten the flight because there were so many good flavors. I sampled the triple chocolate fudge brownie, OG butter cake, and the milk and cereal and they were all really good. I ultimately decided on the milk and cereal. It was absolutely studded with this cereal crumble mixture, and as a girl who loves chunks in her ice cream, I was completely on board. It was just really solid ice cream and the homemade waffle cone complimented it beautifully. The ice cream shop had a really nice ambiance. From just outside the door, you could smell the fresh waffle cones. The ladies who helped us were very nice, checking for allergies and happy to provide us with samples. I'll definitely be back for more ice cream!! read more

Get the pistachio! That was the best flavor in our little sample. Pretty good ice cream, unique flavors, clean ingredients. Great texture, some of them were a little too sweet for my liking but the pistachio was perfect. Ube: true Ube flavor, not too strong. Good sweetness I think it was snickerdoodle that we had and was way too sweet for me. Cookie butter was okay Strawberry cheesecake for my son pulled way more tart and cheesecake forsure. read more

Since the Flamingo location sold out the summer series so quickly- decided to do a short road trip to Centennial location. Place is not as big as original or just the lay out is different. But jackpot!!! They had all the summer series ice cream. Our scooper was kind enough to let us sample all four. All 4 new flavors were delicious. Enjoyed the salted peanut butter brownie batter and pineapple upside down. Of course they have their other popular flavors. Service was excellent. Ample of parking. The best part is there are more area to sit outside the creamery. read more

I was concentrating on reading the menu to figure out what 4 flavors I wanted in my flight and forgot to take a photo of the menu. My bad. I think a single scoop is 5.50 and the flight of 4 kids scoops was 14.50. I believe I chose their coffee donut, ube honeycomb, mint chip and their butter cake. All were really good. One of the first questions asked to me was if I had any allergies, which I love, since I have a kid with a nut allergy and he's reluctant to go to ice cream places bc of cross contamination. The young lady helping us was very knowledgeable about their different flavors. She was quick to get our order going and checkout was a breeze. The place is smaller than the flamingo location, so you may have to wait outside. They do sell water in cartons and other drinks in a self serve fridge near the cashier. read more

My favorite to get is the Ube Honeycomb, Double Stuffed Cookies & Cream, or the Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie. If you're feeling adventurous, you can always their seasonal flavors that they change up! When you're inside, you can also ask to try different flavors if you're not sure what to choose from. This location is my favorite to go to, not just because it's the closest but the service is always extraordinary! Pretty good ice cream and decent serving sizes. I ordered a single scoop and was told it could be split between two flavors, so I got the ube honeycomb and rocky road. I was not told it is +$1 extra to get a split scoop, and I would've just stuck with the rocky road if I knew. The ube honeycomb was unique, but on the sweeter side, so I probably wouldn't order it again. I think I'll stick to just the rocky road alone next time. It was delicious and creamy! read more

I tried the Blueberry Cheesecake Cobbler--great flavor and super rich. The full-fat base makes the ice cream incredibly creamy and decadent. Honestly, two scoops would be a bit much with how rich it is, but that's part of the charm. The only downside is the lack of seating, both inside and outside. It would've been nice to sit and enjoy it on the spot instead of taking it to go. Still, the ice cream itself is definitely worth a visit. read more

Goods first, -ice cream flavors were delicious -staff member with green hair was very likable -restroom was clean -service was efficient -store is cute and clean -parking is plenty Could be better -there were only 2 tables and I know it's a small spot but maybe 2 more could be better.. people were standing around and hovering next to us speaking loudly was a bit annoying. Tried a kids sized bumbleberry cheesecake and irs basically a mixed berry melody with crumbles. I almost lost my mind at how good this was and wished I had gotten a bigger size. While there o did sample the vegan rocky road and honey lavender all both were good as well. My new favorite late night ice cream shop. So worth it. Come on, what do you expect? A bad review? Their whole staff is amazing, friendly, and so welcoming. I came all the way from Arizona for this ice cream. On this visit, my 15 year old cousin bit into a giant, hard piece of plastic that broke off into his scoop from the original bucket in store. I went inside and asked for a manager to let them know they had to replace that tub, as it's contaminated. They offered to replace my ice cream...from the same container that they contaminated. I repeated that I merely wanted them to toss the ice cream, as this would stop other children and adults from possibly consuming more hard plastic. I think the safety of your guests is more important than whatever line you're dealing with. You shouldn't be putting other people in danger for profit. read more

Not all ice cream is created equal. If you are a simple vanilla soft serve kind of person then Sorry Not Sorry but you might feel out of place at this creamery. SNSC is bringing decadent flavors scooped fresh and served atop a piping hot, airy, and flakey waffle cone. A few spots are around town and this ice box is the coolest creamery in town. Of course free samples can help guide you to the right answer but none of these creatives flavors are wrong. I am more partial to the chocolate inspirations or any riff on cookies and cream. We sat inside because it was hot that day and they were blasting the A/C. Restroom is available but will need a key. We took a look at the menu beforehand so I ordered right away. It only took a few minutes for it to be ready. There is a little water station available near their counter. Despite having a lot of sweet options, we came here for the savory options. The spicy tuna salad avocado and avocado egg salad croffles were our orders. The tuna one was honestly not that spicy but definitely hits the savory craving. The egg one leans on the sweeter side. Both of these were really good and were a good balance of flavor profiles together. Highly recommend both! Sweet Mong is easily a store I'd come back to try other dishes.

I think if they just dial in their espresso machine, possibly looked into getting a better quality espresso bean from somewhere like Vesta I would say have Vesta or whatever company you get new other beans from come out and help you dial in the machine to make sure that you're pulling your shots at their preferred specs Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed with their pastries. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it. They were SOOO FLUFFY and they were stuffed with nutella. I definitely think I'm going to need to go back here again and get this ASAP. The churro waffle was also incredibly delicious and something they're known for. I liked that the sausage links were a big size, too, and came with two. Sorry Not Sorry Creamery: Top-Tier Ice Cream in Centennial! I'm so excited they brought a Sorry Not Sorry Creamery to our neck of the woods! The original Flamingo location was always packed, and this new spot is just as popular--and for good reason. This is easily some of the best ice cream in Vegas, hands down--definitely in my top three. The service is always excellent. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and happy to let you sample as many flavors as you'd like before you settle on your scoop. And let me tell you, those scoops are LARGE and absolutely glorious! The ambiance is simple and straightforward--it's a small, walk-through setup with outdoor seating available only. Perfect for grabbing a sweet treat and enjoying it in the fresh air. I really love this ice creamery, for one they have vegan options which I appreciate! I don't consume dairy so it's really nice to have an option that isn't sorbet or filled with "fake"-tasting ingredients. The service for me is always nice, my family asks for different samples and they never have an attitude or seem bothered. The store is small but it's not really meant to eat inside, usually you'll see people leave or eat outside. It's kind of unfair to judge them based off of that- most ice cream shops don't have indoor seating anyways. Overall, delicious and fatty ice cream :) read more
