I've come to this location a few times and every time they have great customer service. Today there was only one employee in the front but there were only three customers so it was fine. They have the sample cups in the front so you don't even have to ask for them. Yogurtland is perfect for the summer and they had all the flavors I wanted. Even though I went at 9:30pm they still had a lot of fruit and it looked fresh and it also tasted delicious. My only complaint was that they did not have peanuts but that's okay I still enjoyed my frozen yogurt. Tip: download the app so you can get points every time you go and then use the points to earn discounts. Also follow them on Facebook so you can see if they have $5 unlimited cup days. That would save you a lot of money. read more

I was ready to give a five star review but unfortunately the service was very uninviting from someone who is making your food. We waited there for 3-5 minutes outside the food truck, not a Greet not a "one second" nothing. There were no others in front of us that were putting in orders. He finally decided to greet us but by that time I was turned all the way off and decided not to eat there. They are so dry the energy not inviting at all. These workers lie about items that are out of stock. If you just wait a minute they'll refill whatever you asked for after you leave! I brought it to the workers attention that the fudge was out and he said "we're all out" and I said "completely out?" He said "yeah" so I left without it and sat outside and happened to see him go restock it once I left. Mind you there were two workers literally standing behind him doing absolutely nothing but talking. I would've understood if he didn't want to leave if they were busy but I was the only one in the store. When I went back inside they were all very patronizing especially Vanessa. I used to doubt this place because the toppings were not that great but today I went in and they had a lot of options. They even had whipped cream, and they never had it before in the past! We used to always asked for it but they used to say after a certain time they wouldn't bring it out and we wouldn't even go that late! But ok so today I got happy because I saw they had it in the toppings area but as I was putting it in my yogurt it was melty and it ran out so I was like that sucks! But after my husband paid I guess the lady brought it out and I was SHOCKED! I guess they do care about us after all! I always stick to the plain yogurt but other flavors are good too! They now have ice cream and even ice coffee with ice cream in it. So now we get options which I dig that! The only thing they need is cones. Customer service was Amazing! Yogurtland is a nice place to go when you're looking for a little snack. Their toppings are very diverse with gummies and fruits to cookies and chocolate syrup. Their line is usually small from 12PM-2PM but it does start filling after 3PM. Regardless, the line is very quick and the rewards app is really helpful. Sometimes there are random rewards that will make your order a lot less expensive. I suggest coming to this location read more

They let topping mix up so if ur allergic to anything it still might end up in ur toppings u choose. The service is ok but it's a do it ur self kinda place so really no need for them to kiss ass just for the tip lol. They leave the place alone for a while, they won't notice a mess till they finish being on their phones or chitchatting. Also the place just seems to be going down hill, I don't know who's decision it was to change the appearance of the place but it looks worse than it did before. I've frequented Yougurtland sporadically at various periods in my life. It's a mainstay for a reason and reliably churns out solid frozen yogurt with a diverse array of toppings. As the pandemic starts to fade you'll be helped by staff the entire process, but in 'normal' times you would fill your own cup with frozen yogurt and then spoon as much of the candy or fruit toppings you'd like. Having an associate do everything for you doesn't change the quality or taste of the finished product. The prices are by weight so the ball is entirely in your court. It's very affordable for a standard serving with reasonable topping choices. Yogurtland will no doubt satisfy your frozen yogurt cravings. read more

First time here and while I was paying for my order, my 4 yr old, who's Autistic, was fiddling around with some broken plastic thing that looked like a out-of- order debit card slot. I don't mind my kid being corrected, but at least do it in a non-condescending manner and without the attitude. My suggestion: Please know that all kids aren't misbehaving. I visit this location often and I've yet to have a bad experience. The staff greets you as soon as you enter and if you have any questions they are more than happy to help. It can get pretty crowded and busy at times but I'm usually in and out in about 10 minutes. Seating inside is limited so it's probable that you'll find yourself sitting outside which I recommend. Outside seating is comfortable, spacious, and a better option if you have kids. They have many flavors and many toppings to choose from. I'm more of a strawberry yogurt with fruit toppings kinda gal. Fruit variety is important to me and they have it. They also have an ample variety of the fun and sweet toppings that kids enjoy. read more

You're greeted as soon as you walk in and they offer you sample cups. It's a very clean environment which is why I like it so much! Everything feels and looks fresh at yogurtland. I love getting cheesecake bites and strawberries! Yum :D this place DOES get really crowded on hot days and Sunday's though. This place is very busy and dirty!!! It's the closest to my bfs house so there are no options. But I have been to other yogurtlands and you always see the people cleaning! I've been here a couple of times and during those times I've had a pleasant experience. The location is kept pretty clean and the employees are friendly. I've never had any issues with a flavor being low or empty. They also have a great selection of toppings. This location is fairly new and it already looks a little run down. Perhaps it's the real young staff this evening that aren't keeping the place up properly? Or maybe just the loads of kids girding the place inside and out. Either way, I was disappointed not to find peanut butter yogurt. Otherwise it's was just okay. Just stopped by this Yogurtland location. It was very messy. There was melted yogurt on all of the stations, people had left their unwanted cups of shakes and yogurt on the stations as well, they did not have two flavors coming out of the machine, and the samples that did come out were watery. Honestly the samples made me feel like I was drinking melted ice cream with saliva so I just left the facility. Management needs to make sure that their location is clean otherwise I will not come back at this location. Overall, not a good experience. read more

Excited for yogurt, then turns into disappointment. You pull the handle, nothing comes out. You pull another handle, nothing either. The machine has lights that are blinking like crazy. You tell the employee that nothing is coming out, they juggle the machine. You tell the cashier, and he is not fazed at all. We are told that company policy is that the machine cannot be filled till they are all emptied. A customer comes in and she pulls the handle and it works for her. This is like hidden camera, when we pull nothing comes out! When someone else pulls, something comes out. The one star is for the unhelpfulness of the employees! They are not friendly. They don't pass out sample cups. The parking lot is really full with all the surrounding eateries. read more

Well for starters I've never ever in the time of this shopping center was built had a problem with this yogurt land. But today when I went there were not original flavors like chocolate or vanilla. And to top it all off plain tart was out of order because it was broken. If it really was a all time favorite then you would think they would fix it. Me and my siblings spent almost 30$ for this different version of vanilla. Very disappointed. read more

My last trip was kind of spontaneous because I suddenly got a Fivestars reward that day for these waffle bites. However, when I arrived, I was looking for the Fivestars tablet only to be met by a Clover tablet instead. It felt like I went through a time warp because the employee working behind the register didn't seem to have any idea what I was trying to say regarding Fivestars, though he did notice a little trifold card on the front counter mentioning Fivestars. I asked if he could get his manager so I could explain, and even show, him my Fivestars reward. The reward said "already accepted", which he almost thought meant I had redeemed it already, but if that were the case, then it would have said "already redeemed". Given that they've now done away with Fivestars, I'm not too surprised he may have gotten the words "accepted" confused with "redeemed", but luckily, he was happy enough to honor it for me. The employee who assisted me was very helpful, though he did ask me to repeat the topping and the drizzle that I wanted. I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake flavor ice cream with Fruity Pebbles toppings and a Strawberry drizzle on top. Since I had already tried the cookie flavors before, I figured I'd try the fruity flavors this time around. He said he needed about 5 minutes to prepare my waffle bites, which were presented a little different than last time. Last time, I got the Cookie Butter flavor with *Cookie* Crisp and Peanut *Butter* (see what I did there?), and it came in a small plastic takeout container. This one came in a large plastic cup, and I'm thinking the logistics may have changed a ton between my last two visits. I did appreciate how the employee asked if I wanted the waffles on top of or beneath the ice cream before making the waffle bites; I chose on top. He also asked if I'd like powdered sugar on top, to which I agreed. Unfortunately, neither of the waffle bites I got from my last two visits impressed me that much. As a matter of fact, the only thing that impressed me was the strawberry drizzle. Everything else fell kind of flat. While generous in size for the $8 price tag, the Cookie Butter and the Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream didn't really taste like these flavors at all! For whatever reason, the peanut butter didn't add much flavor, but the strawberry drizzle added a lot! How even?! In short, the waffle bites weren't that much of an upgrade from the ice cream scoop that I had on my first visit. I'm willing to say "too much good was no good" here. The waffles themselves were good, but they can only do so much when a flavored ice cream doesn't even taste like that flavor. It's worth noting that on my penultimate visit, when I got the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, I saw two employees behind the front counter who were ready to take my order. I asked them to explain what the waffle bites were, but it took them a couple of tries to actually understand what I was asking. From what I gathered, the waffle bites were similar to the ice cream scoop I had on my first visit, but with the addition of a warm waffle to supplement the ice cream. However, the step-by-step process remains the same. I was initially told it would take 6 minutes to prepare the Cookie Butter Waffle Bites, but it actually took 15! It seemed like one was training the other or they were trying to gather the ingredients and/or the steps needed to create the waffle bites. After about 10 minutes, I was told by one of the employees they had to make a new batch of waffles because the first batch had burnt. The music was getting pretty loud, so it was hard to hear him after that, but I didn't want to hold up the kitchen prep process any longer. I just said "Alright, sure" so he could continue preparing my order. I do appreciate how he let me know of this so that I'd know the reason for the extended wait, but I wish they weren't so ill-prepared during my visit. So overall, still 3 stars overall. I appreciate the prior partnership with Fivestars, but these missed opportunities have led me to believe that Cravings is just not for me. I doubt I'll try anything else on their ice cream menu, and considering that there are only a few parking spots in their lot, it will take a lot to get me to try their hot chicken. And speaking of lack of parking, I also want to mention that on my second visit, I saw two open parking stalls right in front of Cravings, one on either side of a car. That car had its driver's side wide open so that I couldn't park there. I had to park on the passenger side of that car, which he left much less room for. Perhaps a microcosm of the clientele in this part of town? Everybody deserves a second chance, right? Unfortunately, not everybody can make the most of them, and this is just one example of such. Thanks for the sweet treats Cravings, but I'll get my next one somewhere else.
