After vetting many companies, I came across Rudd's. Danny was the only inspector I could find who seemed to know the true detriment mold and mycotoxins can have on some people. No one else in my house was effected by the mold, but I could tell there was something there and Danny believed me. After doing an air sample with no evidence of mold spores, he went a step further and did a cavity sample in the wall. The results for mold were off the charts. Not only did he find the mold, he found the cause of water penetration. Danny, being experienced with many companies in his line of work, gave me the names/numbers of some top-notch remediation companies who proved to be great additions to my arsenal to combat my mold problem.
