There is room inside the vehicle for one wheelchair and four other passengers. The drivers are polite, careful with passengers and with their driving. Unlike some companies Advance will take you to your destination and wait for you to make the return ( unless of course it is a one way requirement!). They are very timely and happy to give you cell phone number for the vehicle so that you can modify arrangements if necessary or just to check on things. The person I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Margret then came to house and helped to ease my fears of having strangers in my home. The girls they sent to my house were amazing. They were trained very well and did not need to be asked to get to work. My dad really enjoys having them, which was a total shock to me because he can be very difficult to work with. I would recommend Synergy Home Care to anyone. However, the senior helpers were not so great. Our first senior helper spent his time sitting in the corner playing on his phone. Unfortunately, we had to pay for 3 visits at $20/hour before the nursing home staff notified us of his lack of engagement. Our second senior helper checked-in as working with our father, but when we arrived at the nursing home to see the visit, she was not there. We don't know how many visits we paid for that the senior helper check-in, but services were not provided. I would not recommend this service if you do not have a way to hold the senior helper accountable.
