Mild headaches are gone, I sleep better, my focus and creativity are better. I've never been able to meditate, or at least it's very difficult for my "squirrel" brain. I've been able to successfully meditate while visiting Dr. Cho. If you want information about how she will approach an issue, I would recommend asking about her process and coming prepared with questions. She is kind, friendly, prompt and although acupuncture is not cheap, her prices align with reasonable industry standards. This location is in an office building on the 5th floor. Although that sounds awkward, it's easy to get to, ample/free parking and the suite is quiet and peaceful. I, personally, prefer this to a hectic Buckhead location with stressful, expensive parking any day. I also recommend this center in general if you are interested in holistic medicine.
