Other times, I've shown up only to find that my appointment had "fallen off the books" or been scheduled over entirely. Today was unfortunately another example. I had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived 15 minutes early after taking off work and driving 1.5 hours across Atlanta, only to be told, "I'm sorry, I don't see you on the schedule." Normally I'd give the benefit of the doubt and assume user error on my end, but this has become a pattern rather than a one-off. While everyone is super friendly, the front desk feels overwhelmed and disorganized, and it directly impacts the customer experience. There's a lot of potential here, and the actual services are great -- I just wish the scheduling side matched the quality of the care.
