I brought my mom here for my sister's dress alteration appointment and it was such a negative…read moreexperience and here's why. My mom recently had foot surgery and is on crutches. This location only has one entrance and it's off the Main Street. There's no parking, unloading, anything near the entrance. I called in and first spoke to Kimberly and then the manager Rene explaining the severity of my mom not being able to walk far and the dangers of unloading her off a street that's restricted and pleaded if she could enter through the back. They absolutely refused. First we were told it's because the door doesn't work and then it was because it's an employee/loading/unloading door only. I don't know what the truth was. They refuse to give a district managers phone number and name so they took my name down. When they finally realized how serious we were about filing a complaint they tried to be kind and offer us things. If disabled FYI there's only one tiny little ramp to get to the entrance door, the door swings out in front of you when coming up the ramp, and there's absolutely no handicap parking spots near this entrance. They're all located at the back of the parking lot near the back door that's not accessible to customers. It was an absolute insult and hurt to see the lack of accommodations given to disabled customers by this company! I will be addressing this issue further.

Luv Bridal takes such good care of their brides. I left loving a dress and they told me to think about it. I never felt pressured to buy the same day to lock in a particular pricing. Unfortunately, I'm horrible with remembering names, but I was there January 10th and my appointment was at 3:30 PM (hope this helps get her a shout out). She made great selections based on the style I wanted and I ended up choosing the 3rd dress I tried on. This was my very first wedding dress appointment and I was suprised to have found the perfect dress so quickly. The prices were also very reasonable compared to other places I was looking into.
