Although the egg roll can't compare to Jade Island, it's darn respectable. The only knock I have on it is that it's a bit small. The main course was EXCELLENT. Tender strips of chicken are drenched in a delicious brown sauce. The dish is finished with straw mushrooms which cradle the sauce, bamboo strips and crunchy carrots. I like to tell myself the dish is healthy because of all the veggies, but I know better. The Pepè Factor: What is this your ask? I don't know how this started, but one of the staff guys started calling me Pepè. Even typing this now , I am giggling. No one has ever called me Pepè!
