Bomb burgers with beer! Yes this place serves beer and decent selection too. They have burgers to satisfy any taste named after streets intersecting Yonge st. We tried their beef and fried chicken burgers. Surprisingly the chicken burger was fantastic even after 10mins of taking photos. The fries and onion rings are great as well!

Finally got to try Yonge Burger! I got to try the kimchi burger, my brother had the yonge burger, and we shared curly fries. The beef patty wasn't super flavourful/salty and I preferred that because the secret sauce and sourness of the kimchi was enough. The burger was huge too and definitely filled us up for hours. Curly fries weren't anything special but they hit the spot. Their beef patties are certified Halal and made with AAA Canadian, antibiotic-free and grass-fed beef and the quality definitely shines through. Presentation was great too. I would definitely try another one of their burgers next time. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The store itself was very clean with plenty of eating.

Yonge Burger offers a great variety of Toronto-inspired burgers, sandwiches, and poutines to satisfy all tastes and preferences in whatever you are craving! All their beef burgers are AAA graded, grass fed with no antibiotics which is their commitment to serving a great burger! The Eglinton & Yonge Burger is a classic take on a burger with lots of caramelized onions and their special sauce! The Summerhill Burger plays on a more sweeter tone with the grilled pineapple not overpowering the flavor of the beef patty! The side dishes such as their Steak Poutine and Mac & Cheese Wedges are great upgraded complements to their massive burgers. You won't be disappointed if you have a chance to visit!

It was so nice to be dining out again, especially with friends I haven't seen for a while. Yonge Burger was actually our second stop for the day and it was really good! They're located on Yonge Street, just south of Steeles, with limited parking behind the restaurant, connected by a back door. Very convenient. Their decor is modern and sleek, with nice curvy lines, attractive lighting and colours. One thing that stood out to me - this place was CLEAN! Spotless! Kudos to the staff! Their burgers are mostly named after intersections along Yonge Street and feature a 7.2oz AAA beef patty made from grass-fed cattle raised without antibiotics. It doesn't get much better than this! Of course, they also have other items on the menu, such as chicken or veggie burgers, chicken wings, a few Mexican dishes, and even a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. We tried a few things and it was all good, all made to order. Fresh and delicious! The St Clair & Yonge burger features bacon, cheese, and a sunny side fried egg. It was big, pretty, and delicious! Of course, my eyes were bigger than my stomach and I went for the King & Yonge burger, featuring TWO 7.2oz beef patties topped with cheese. It was BIG and yummy and I struggled to finish it! In addition to the burgers, we had the Buffalo Chicken Wings, Mexicali Curly Fries, and a Poutine topped with breaded and fried avocado. The wings had a really nice flavour. The Mexicali curly fries were really good but we would have liked some sauce or gravy on it. The poutine was good, especially with the avocado. We enjoyed it all! If you're in the area, this place is worth a visit! 4.5/5.0

Came here after still being hungry from a disappointing meal. We've been eyeing this place for a while because it's so close and looks so good from posts. We got the Yonge and College burger and the popcorn chicken poutine ($14 each). Both were very satisfying! The burger tasted so fresh and not greasy. The jalapeños gave it a nice kick and the veggies tasted crisp and fresh as well. Very tasty sauce. The popcorn chicken poutine had a lot of popcorn chicken, the fries were fresh and not too thick or soggy, and the cheese was just perfect. Overall, super satisfied with our meal here. Will definitely be back to try the other burgers and sides!

More than a year has passed since I last visited Yonge Burger and I am craving for burger again. I ordered the Union Station (Cheese Lovers) burger with fries and soft drink combo this time. As I recall, the burger beef patty is not as juicy as last year and has less beef flavor than last year. Maybe the beef patty is cooked well done this time (no choice) and the blue cheese covered the flavor of the beef. Overall, this is still an excellent Burger and the toilet is still very clean. Keep up the good work.

All the burgers at Yonge Burger are AAA graded, grass fed with no antibiotics. I found it pretty cool that all their burgers are named after intersections on Yonge Yonge & Finch Burger (Loaded Burgers with Fresh Sautéed Mushrooms. Burgers are made with AAA Canadian, tucked within a freshly made sesame bun) Yonge & Steeles Burger (Double the layers with Beef Patty & Crispy Chicken) All Burgers include lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and Yonge burger Special Sauce Parmesan Truffle Curly Fries (A MUST FOR TRUFFLE LOVERS!!) Popcorn Chicken( After the burger I just annihilated all the Popcorn Chicken, downed so fast that I did not share ) I was honestly very impressed with Yonge Burger and how fresh and tasty their burgers were. I'm not huge on burgers since after a bite or two I feel icky... but surprisingly with Yonge Burger I did not feel grossed out after the meal. I would highly recommend this spot

The burgers here are named after famous intersections. The interior is very trendy and comfortable. The service is amazing. The burgers are big and juicy. We got the kimchi burger which was pretty good. The beef itself was juicy and thick. We also got the st Clair and yonge burger which had a fried egg on top an actual game changer! Very good! Their buffalo wings are also second to none! Amazingly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! Popcorn poutine another crowd pleaser! It was very good! Uses vegan gravy and sheeps milk for the cheese curds Overall a definite cute place to stop by for burgers and comfort food! Would recommend!

Juicy, Freshly made with quality you can taste with affordable prices and portions that will WOW you Variety of different burgers named after different major intersections on Yonge Street.. Same patties just diff toppings.. customize to your liking with no compromise (Signature premium 6.2 oz paddy made with AAA Canadian grass fed Ontario beef) A small business with an out of this world attention to detail, decor and passion towards what they do. Food handling, preparation, assembly, pairing and such are well thought out.. I am very impressed not only but the food the the beautiful aesthetics of the place. It's bright, clean and modern and even the bathroom is stunning - ref to selfie : Yonge and Bloor Yonge and queen Buffalo chicken wings Mexicali I enjoyed everything but the wings were my favourite .. super juicy, only lightly dusted with rice flour for that crisp factor.. not overly coated.. they are not your typical wings due to sourcing, packaging, preparation, etc... imagine good for you wings that wont make you feel like The have an extensive menu worth exploring and mentioning like hotdog and Nutella poutine

One of the BEST Burgers on Yonge, specially the name of each burger name, tried Yonge / Steeles and Yonge / St Clair, each come with 7.2oz Canadian AAA beef, fully load, highly recommended to try it, never disappointed.

I've driven by Yonge Burger hundreds of times on my drive home. After reading reviews and staring at the amazing photos I decided to stop in for a bite. They have an extensive menu. I've counted over 15 different burger combinations based on Yonge intersections. All the burgers are Halal, AAA Canadian Beef, antibiotic free and grass fed. I was speaking with the owner and they buy the meat fresh cut, grind and form the patties themselves. Everything is done fresh in house. They also have some chicken burgers and wings. Everything looked great. I tried the Bloor and Yonge. It consisted of a 7.2 oz patty topped with caramelized onions and bacon along with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and the secret Yonge Burger Sauce. The burger is cooked on the flat top from what I could see. It was super juicy! Be sure to have napkins handy! The burger/toppings to bun ratio was perfect. Also the 7.2 oz patty is huge. I can't even imagine tackling a double burger here! I grabbed fries and a pop to make it a combo. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. They also have onion rings and I believe sweet potato fries. I may try those on another visit. The store is super clean and the staff are super friendly. Don't hesitate to try Yonge Burger. I will definitely be back!

Major drool alert @yongeburger is serves up some of the juiciest, freshest and highest quality burgers. Arash and Adi are highly passionate and dedicated to every detail of the burgers all ingredients are carefully sourced and super fresh. Every detail from the naming of the burgers to the designs on the takeout boxes have been carefully selected with care. I love how the burgers are named after the major intersections along Yonge so it makes it super easy to remember your favorite burger in the lineup and makes it super fun to recommend to friends. All burgers are super thick and each patty is 7.2oz, AAA Canadian beef, grass fed, antibiotic free and Halal. Not only are the burgers amazing but the sides are equally as amazing with massive portions of poutine, wings etc. What I got Yonge N King burger The king of all burgers! So special it even gets its own special b.ox to accomate the sheer size of this monster. It features TWO of the 7.2oz patties and copious amounts of melty cheese. My personal favorite! Yonge N Steeles burger Featured one beef patty and one crispy chicken patty. The perfect combo if you cannot decide on chicken or beef burgers. Why not have both! Mexicali bowl One of the best bowls with a huge serving of fresh ground beef, sour cream, green onions and curly fries. Perfect for sharing. Buffalo wings Very juicy and tender and super crispy on the outside. I cannot wait to try their other menu items such as the hot dog and bacon poutine and yonge N St Clair burger with a Sunnyside egg on top! There is free parking at the back and the restaurant was impeccably clean and well kept.

Food 4/5 Service 4/5…read moreAmbiance 4/5 Food: Hubby & I both ordered the cheeseburger without cheese. LOL. I had mine as a combo with fries & tea as a drink (extra cost for tea). Hubby had his with caesar salad. My fried arrived sprinkled with some kind of flakes on it. Hubby thinks it was parsley but it kind of smelled like anise to me. I could be wrong though as my nose was stuffy at the time. I gave hubby the fries that the flakes on it. It's a good sized bowl anyway so I knew I wouldn't be able to finish it all. Hubby got his salad next. And our burgers came soon afterwards. The burgers were nicely and freshly cooked & prepared. I've always found their food tasty & good quality. I wasn't disappointed this time either. I was so full of french fries though that I couldn't manage to completely finish my burger. We didn't have dessert because we were both full. I did order takeout because I wanted to try the pulled beef sandwich at home. More on this in the service section. Service: They took their time making our orders but it didn't take that long to make. I got my fries first. As mentioned above, I had hubby order us 2 pulled beef sandwiches to go. I think perhaps the lady taking the order didn't understand us or her english may not have been that good. Because she only gave us 1 pulled beef sandwich to go. We decided to leave it at that because we didn't want to wait for another sandwich to be prepared. I had already paid the bill also. Ambiance: As far as burger places go this is a classy looking place. There are booths along the side wall. Towards the front of the restaurant there are tables for 4 and 2. The booths have a top that has sand in it with the logo of the Grill gate in the sand & a glass top. There are two single bathrooms at the back of the restaurant. One for men & one for women. The bathrooms looked clean. Hubby & I have been here several times. We always enjoy their food. This time the service wasn't on par with past experiences. But people make mistakes so I would be willing to come back again in the future.

We were originally going to go to Pai, but since there was a line out the door because we didn't make a reservation, we ate here. The interior was fun, with the original owner's face on many different things, and there was a loud-ish mix of rock and early heavy metal. Apparently, this spot is a chain, and they used to have some US locations, but I'm not surprised they closed. We got some Cauliflower Bites for 5.49 CAD to begin. These were decent and, unlike our poutine choices, not overly salty. The little bits of fried cauliflower could have used a bit more flavor, but they worked for texture, and both of us eventually added some pieces to our poutines. My poutine of choice was the Prime Beef Deluxe, with ground beef, mushrooms, caramelized onions, and green peas, for 13.99 CAD. As a whole, the poutine was rather nasty, with the whole thing feeling wet. The watery gravy lacked flavor compared to the couple of other examples I've had before. The fries, even though they were hot and looked crispy, were limp and potatoey, and they were getting limper by the second because of the bad gravy. The cheese curds were decent, but there weren't that many of them. The beef didn't help how wet the dish was, nor did the frozen peas, with the only decent parts being the caramelized onions and mushrooms. I had maybe 60/70% of it, leaving many very wet fries at the end. The other person had the Buffalo grilled chicken with grilled chicken, buffalo sauce, creamy ranch dressing, and green onions, which was a dollar more. From the little bit I tried, the chicken was certainly better quality, though still a bit gummy. The buffalo sauce had a little bit of heat. The whole thing was extremely overdressed with the sauce, dressing, and gravy, and he had maybe half of it at most. This meal was terrible. They were both a salty mess with bad fries and worse gravy. I've had better poutine in NYC, and there are barely any Canadian spots here. Go here if you're high or drunk and therefore lack proper taste buds.

I think it has to do something w the fry quality. Flavor overall felt lacking and the dish was salty in weird ways. A plus is that the curds were melted, but other hand that, I didn't care for it. For the Philly Cheesesteak, I was disappointed to see yellow cheese sauce too?? I felt like it was supposed to be provolone or something more reminiscent of an actual Philly. Nasty mass-produced patty, Costco-quality bun, anemic slice of tomato, sad little lettuce leaf. I took one bite and tossed it. On the other hand, the fries were the best I've ever had. I'm not kidding, they're absolutely delicious. They're chunky cut, skin on, and fried a crispy, beautiful brown. I don't care that the generous portion of fries probably equalled twice my daily calorie allotment. I ate every single one. From the other people crowded around the truck, I learned that I should have had the poutine -- it's supposed to be fabulous. They also have hot dogs and sausages, which I hope taste better than their burger. That said, I'm actually looking forward to being on campus again on Monday just so I can eat more of their delicious frites. Yes, I'm crazy. Crazy about the Blue Chip Truck! (Although next time, I think I'll bring a friend -- otherwise, by the end of the year I'll have my own show on the Discovery Health Channel: The Half Ton Grad Student.)
