We moved into a new home that had mul t lock installed and Loved the product, but needed to change the locks. The previous owner had very sturdy keys that never gave us an issue... held up for well over 10 years of use, as a good key should... especially at mul t lock quality and prices. We get an entire lock setup at the end of 2022. Three different people consistently use keys in our home. In 2025, my husband noted his key was bending right across the middle of the key where there's a deep circle etched as part of the configuration. He ended up breaking the key in the door accidentally and we paid for cross county locksmiths to come out, remove the key from the door, and give us a new key. I figured stuff happens, just get it fixed. Late 2025, early 2026 I noticed my key was starting to crack at the edges along the same area my husband's key broke. I called the company and told them we'd used their services twice before, the last time to remove the broken key from the door. I wanted to know if they honor their product and work. He told me to come in but my schedule simply didn't allow at the time, especially since the place is not in the direction of anything I need to do. It's very out of the way. Since then my mother's key also starts bending across the SAME area... that's officially 3 keys now. I take the time yesterday to finally go in person, thinking that any good business would see the keys all failing at the same area and realize there's an issue. What response did I get? "I've been in this business for many years and have never had this happen, it must be the ways you guys are using the keys." 3 different people who have used keys all their lives, never had this issue with keys snapping and failing so quickly, and ALL 3 of us are the issue? That doesn't even make sense. Steve then proceeds to tell me that he can cut the deep circles more shallow and that would probably help...i definitely agreed. BUT... he wanted us to pay for the re-do. I don't think so. He then proceeded to say he could discount the keys. Again I don't think so when there is clearly an issue with the keys. Why would I pay your company again when you're not even honoring your work now? Am I supposed to just replace keys every 2-3 years? Makes no sense. I then asked if he could find out from someone else higher, being that we had used their services twice already. He said he'd call and find out. Today, he called me to confirm that his boss said no way, but that we could pay for a service call to come out and check the lock. Sir, at this point I'm not paying for anything additional with your company bc this is poor customer service. If you're willing to cut the keys more shallow, that means you clearly see there's an issue with the current keys that making a more shallow cut would fix. A good company with great customer service would acknowledge that there's clearly an issue. If this has never happened before, maybe these customers got a bad batch of keys. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt, replace the keys with the more shallow cut, and if it happens again then they'll need to pay for the keys. The fact that you want us to pay you again when I already see that you're not willing to honor the work is ridiculous. Especially when you said your techs check the locks at each visit to make sure they're aligned properly, etc. Horrible customer service, would not recommend or use again. Now we have to find another mul t lock dealer to deal with this key issue before they break completely. See attached photos of 2 of the 3 keys that are cracking and breaking along the same area.

Ms. Seney contacted me about 2 weeks later stating that she would need to replace a lock on the phone and that the cost would be $150 and she requested payment upfront. I Venmoed her the $150 as asked, and she once again said that she would be in touch. I checked in with Ms. Seney late December 2025 to see if she would be done with phone soon and she replied that she would, but unfortunately she never got back to me. I tried contacting Ms. Seney February 2026 to see if I could just get the phone back, as it was clear to me at that point that she wasn't going to unlock the phone and that probably never had any intention to, but it appeared that she had her phone disconnected. I tried messaging Ms. Seney several times over the next few weeks over Nextdoor, Venmo, and even Facebook Messenger to see if any chance I could get the phone back, but all attempts at contact were ignored, despite her still being active on Facebook. It's been 8 months since I gave Ms. Seney my property worth $300 and paid her $150 for a service she never rendered, and I am confident that I will never get either back. That said, I hope to warn others about this individual so that they do not get "taken" by her, like I had. You should absolutely not trust this person with your property, with up front payment, and given her apparent lack of ethics, you should not trust this person as your locksmith, a vocation reliant on an extremely high degree of trust by the customer. EDIT: The business contacted me to refund me and to return my property. Refund was received and they assured me my property will be returned soon. As soon as my property is returned I will rescind this review.

The fobs were programmed, however, the cloning process turned out to be incomplete and while the car started it would not drive. Called Nick back, explained the situation. Told me that he would return. Made new appointment. Never came, never returned text, never returned my calls. Ghosted. It's been my experience that a lot of techs/service people lack integrity.
