They never had a reason why they didnt take it. Sometimes they'd get it the next day...sometimes it'd sit at the road all week long. They took our trash can, no one can tell us why, and maybe after 3 weeks well get a new one. The one manager mark is pretty useless as well. Incompetence rules at Penn waste. Save yourself many,many, many headaches and use any other company possible. Honestly its pretty crazy that they are As bad as they are across the board from the garbage men, to customer service, to managers...theyre all clueless

I scrapped out my old furnace, air conditioner, oil tank & hot water heater units here last summer…read more I got about $175.00 for everything by separating the copper, aluminum, coils from the scrap iron. You head in the main gate, show them your drivers license and your truck is weighed, they give you a slip, then you drive to the appropriate area and throw off your scrap metal. Light iron is 0.09 cents / LB. Copper is about 3.00 per LB. When you're finished they re-way you and get paid in cash, cant complain! Saturday hours are nice as well.
