He knew the products available and assisted with picking out frames and lenses. However, we've had the misfortune of twice encountering another male sales person. Both times he seemed to be short with us and didn't have a clue how to process refunds. He refunded my wife's glasses onto the wrong card which caused me to lose several hundred dollars in FSA monies from last year.
