He explained the damages, we got an adjuster to come out for damages. We hired them, they came out about 2 weeks ago. Jaime and his crew showed up about 6:30am and finished our roof by 3:30pm with clean up. I had a question about my roof, I called The owner, and she was able to explain and answer my question. The room he painted had multiple unpainted spots and the room he stripped wallpaper and prepared for painting was the worst. Surface was rough and needed sanding and patching. The caulking around a shower enclosure was amateur and needed fixing. Instead of putting doors on some built-in shelves, he miscalculated and created a situation where doors wouldn't work. The open shelves have worked for us, but that wasn't what we requested. We had requested and Mr. Hartsell had given a bid on creating a raised tub enclosure for an existing tub. Mid-project, he decided it was beyond his ability. We had to contact another contractor to do this. It ultimately was apparent that Mr Hartsell is a one- man operation who hires help to work with him as needed. He doesn't have the skills or resources to tackle anything beyond the basics. Also, despite requesting an itemized bill and being told one would be sent, one was never received. Would not recommend this contractor.

Water leaks were found in the attic and other roof areas, along with wind and hail damage to the 15+ years old shingles. Charles reviewed his findings with our insurance adjuster, and we were approved to proceed with a roof replacement. Charles and Celso reviewed with us the details of the project with a professional approach, conveying trust and peace of mind. Charles provided updates, with photos periodically as the work progressed throughout the day of the project, from tear off to new roof finish. Additionally, we contracted C&B to provide repairs and replacement to rotted portions of siding, fascia, soffit and garage door, along with painting this entire area. Charles and Celso were on hand during this project to answer any questions and take pictures as the work progressed. This work was done exceptionally well. Lastly, C&B installed new gutters and downspouts, and Charles and Celso followed up to ensure our complete satisfaction on these projects. Our house is 40+ years old and looks new!
