Loved the new roof, after the bad hell storm, we hired ATW after an inspection of the damages. Greyson, no longer with them as he moved away for family, came out inspected our roof. He explained the damages, we got an adjuster to come out for damages. We hired them, they came out about 2 weeks ago. Jaime and his crew showed up about 6:30am and finished our roof by 3:30pm with clean up. I had a question about my roof, I called The owner, and she was able to explain and answer my question. We went with the light gray roof. Love this company, and have already told my family and friends about them.

Jon refused to talk to me and blocked me after I texted him to save him from driving an hour to fix a problem on a Sunday! He said it was the only day he had available. He was contracted thru Modern Roofing but that should tell you something,,, RUN FROM THEM BOTH!!

Then it rained and my new roof freaking leaked so bad I had to use a pot due to rain water was pouring through the ceiling air vent and other water damage around the left side & front of the Fire place. I put this on Facebook, Nextdoor & filed a complaint to Yelp & the BBB because this company refuses to compensate me for the damage they caused to my ceiling & are ghosting me. When he got ready to leave, he drove his truck up on my freshly laid sod, so I went out there and I asked him not to drive on the sod because I had just had it put down. He literally went off in a total rage. And I am not exaggerating one bit. He told me he was just trying to get out of my GD F'ing driveway and told me he didn't want this GD F'ing job to start with, and that he didn't want to pull in my GD F'ing driveway to start with. He used God's name in vain so many times that I was in total shock at his behavior. I told him not to talk about my heavenly father like that. I prayed for him and I will continue to do so. The gutters on one of my rental properties has been needing repair work for some time. Between a contractor that ran his truck into one of the downspouts and the constant clogging of the open air gutters that have accumulated so much debris that long branches of plant growth had taken form in many parts of the roofline gutters. I was in a bit of a bind in trying to secure good quality work in short order, knowing that there would be upcoming rain, pests that take advantage of clogged drainage, and someone that was well versed and expedient in the trade. That said, I came across "Brothers Gutters" based on the one review on Yelp. Which is a shame given all that I mentioned above. When I gave a call, they answered right away and visited the property to assess what was needed and give me a quote for materials and labor. It is a rental property, and unlike many landlords, if you view and treat your properties as though they were your own personal home, you will find golden tenants to live within them.
