I have to write a review! Tonight (or should I say last night, as it is after midnight) was my daughters senior prom. My daughter and her 18 friends are still currently in the limo! As a mother I had my concerns as for transportation and the safety of all the kids who would be heading out this evening. I stumbled upon Settembres limo while searching for SUV limousines as this was their request. We do not live local to the business location but after viewing the website I made the call to inquire about pricing. I could not believe the rate we were given as no one in our area even came close! When I called I had spoken to Tony who is the owner. He went over pricing, contract agreements and "prom rules & regulations". I was stunned that an owner of a company would take such a measure to ensure the safety of these children who he would be transporting. Of all the companies I called no one ever mentioned such safety measures. As the over protective mother that I am I decided to hold off on making an agreement over the phone and wanted to see the limo for myself. Thank heaven for my minivan as myself and 6 of the kids took a ride the next evening to take a look, and I was lucky enough as a working mother that Tony had offered to stay late at the office for our arrival. The "hummer" was the perfect fit, we immediately left the deposit and signed off on the contract. I know I drove the office staff a little crazy from that point forward with changes to addresses and a few more questions I had but nonetheless they were there every step of the way. EVERYONE I SPOKE TO AND MET AT THE OFFICE INCLUDING TONY were patient and willing to answer and discuss any issue that I could come across. It was important for me to write this review as I stated previously the kids are still in the limo....As for the actual service on the night of A++! Our driver Mike was here early, was friendly and assured myself and all the parents that he would transport these children as if they were his own. He even gave us his phone number to call him at any point during the 12 hour rental. But importantly I had asked him before leaving my home if he could just give me a ring once all the kids finished at prom and were back in the limo. I had my doubts and figured I would be calling his phone in a panic...but to my surprise my cell phone rang at 12:17am, it was Mike! All the kids were back in the limo and they were getting ready to take the journey into the city! He even mentioned that the kids brought him out a glowing necklace to wear! I could not be more relieved as a mother at this moment. I originally thought I would be awake all night worrying, but I can truly say I trust in Settembre Limo and I think I am going to get some sleep before I make breakfast for 19 teenagers in just a few hours! That's interesting because I also had a horrible experience with your company and I called to discuss it with you. You did not return my calls and when I finally got you you told me I was dumb and hung up on me. When I called back you hung up on me again and then I believe you sent all calls to the fax so I could hear that lovely noise. You would have never helped this poor man complaining and you were never going to help me. Not only are you a horrible business man- YOURE A LIAR TOO ANd here is my experience: Horrible! Don't let this company ruin your wedding day. We went with them despite the bad reviews because they were local and we thought we could choose a driver (they told us we could) In the end we could not get the driver we wanted because supposedly he walked off the job ( if this is not true- man up TONY SETTEMBRE and tell the truth, if it is true this points to problems with hiring , training and communication from management i.e. TONY SETTEMBRE). So they sent us "prince" someone who appeared to have intellectual disabilities or a horrible attitude or both. I was late to my wedding I got into a blazing hot car with eighties music blasting and put on to drowned out the sound of my complaining. The man was slow to put luggage in the trunk and was not available to help me get out of the car and did not seem to know the best route to get to our destinations. But that's not the worst part. TONY SETTEMBRE IS A HORID HUMAN BEING. When I called to let him know about my experience ( feedback any business owner should welcome) he told me I was too dumb to turn on the AC myself and that he basically didn't care about my feedback then he hung up on me. I have a million things I could be doing right now, but I'm writing this review because I want you to get a decent limo company for your wedding and because I want TONY SETTEMBRE TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS because in addition to providing a poor service he is a poor excuse for a human being. And dont tell me you can't controlwhat your drivers say! You hire them, you should train them on customer service... your drivers are a direct reflection on you! I;m so digusted with you! This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. I own a local limo company here in Westchester and have used Settembre twice and both times, the result was an awful experience for our valued clients. The first time, we used them for a stretch limo because our stretch limo was having some mechanical issues. Our clients complained that Settembre's driver was late and very rude to them. Once I tried talking to Tony, the "owner", he basically lied and said that he has no idea, his drivers are great. Next time I spoke to him he said he fired the guy. Tony takes no responsibility for his company's poor performance, probably because he is a scum bag and does not care. We just used him again this past weekend out of DESPERATION because no one else in the county had an available party bus. This time was an even worse nightmare. Even though we paid Tony full price in cash, he had his driver asking the bride and her bridesmaids for more money. The driver took back roads to go to the ceremony (most likely this was an attempt to make the job go longer and get more overtime money) and got the people to their wedding ceremony 45 minutes late!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The owner is a low life and will try his best to rob you as much as he can and never feel bad about it or try to make it up. He does business in bad faith and has no people skills. Tony Settembre is obnoxious and always cursing. I have to disagree with Anthony and Lauren, Settembre Limousine made my wedding day fabulous!!!!!!!!!!! To begin the office made sure they had every last bit of information correct to make sure no problems went wrong. Thanks so much Tony( the owner) and Chris (the sales manager). Everyone there was really friendly. My husband and I used the Princess Rolls Royce and a 22 passenger Escalade...wow those cars we're beautiful! The drivers arrived 20 minutes ahead of time and assisted myself and my parents in every way possible, even helped me with my dress. The bridal and groomsmen party enjoyed the spacious escalade ride along witht he complimentary champagne. This company also gave my husband and I a free aiport trip after the reception festivities. The only mistake I made ...That I did not come to them first! Settembre limousine not only gave us a great deal but they actually suggested how to make everyone in the party happy with what cars, it took alot of decison making stress off of us. Recently, over this past holiday season my family and I used Settembre Limousine to visit the tree in Rockefeller Center and other city holiday atttractions. We had a great time. The Limo arrived early and the driver seemed very eager to please us all. We were greeted with complimentary snacks and drinks which we enjoyed during our ride,Without considering the unavoidable holiday traffic, the ride down was promt and quiet, which was exactly what we asked for. Once, at the tree, our driver was kind enough the ride us to the closest possible entrance, despite the crowded walk ways and streets. When we left, our driver was exactly where he said he would be with our car heated and even recleaned from our earlier ride down. On the ride back our driver even took us through a special part of the city with beautiful lights and other christmas decorations. Overall, my experience with Settembere limousine was spectacular. FortunateIy, I did not have any of the issues that Anthony or Lauren experienced with Settembre Limousine. Recently, my friends and I had the pleasure of using the services provided by Settembre Limousine. I had called a couple of months ago to inquire about their Party Buses considering the amount of people I had riding with me. I spoke with both Tony (the owner) and the Sales Manager Chris, who helped me with only my best interest in mind. A week before my night out, Chris called to confirm with me that my itinerary was correct. I was extremely pleased that he caleld to check, considering I have never had another limo company do that for me before. On the night of my event, the driver helped my friends and I in every way possible. He helped us in and out of the bus and provided ice and champagne for my entire party. At the end of the night, my driver was ready and waiting for us to get back onto the bus to go home. I would highly recommend this company to anybody, and look foward to using them in the future. read more

I used this car service on a number of different occasions &' I absolutely love them ! They always call before my airport pick up dates to confirm and give me my drivers number just in case I would like to know how far he is. They are always on time for me , if not earlier then the appointed time. And I am constantly traveling in airplanes. They accommodate my hectic schedule and last minute bookings perfectly. And the vehicles that I've used (Limo/Party buses) are phenomenal! They also gave me the courtesy of letting me come in and picking out which car I would want so I knew exactly what I was getting with events that I occasionally host. It was a lot to choose from but I definitely got great prices for what they were offering. And weather wise they definitely deliver. I personally never had a problem with them during winter season , there cars are more then durable. I will definitely be using them again !! read more

My son had a wonderful wedding due to the help settembre limousine! They were on time, professional, all dressed in tuxedo's, and everyone who helped us book the cars were very kind. My son rented a 22 passenger h2 and a 36 passenger shuttle bus. All of the cars were beautiful. The h2 held the bridal party, who raved about who amazing the car looked inside. The whole duration of the wedding went very smoothly all because each car arrived 10 minutes before scheduled which made loading the passengers very easy (no one had to rush). The drivers were so nice to us, assisted my daughter in law with her dress into the church and even poured the bridal party champagne as they came out of the ceremony. Tony Settembre really did the right thing for me and my family. I have used them a bunch of times and I have always been very happy. Recently, I booked 2 airport runs for me and my family. The trip to the airport was great. The driver was right on time even at my 3:00 AM pickup time! On the way home, my connecting flight got re-routed from JFK to Hartford (which is 2 hours away)! I called Settembre at 7PM on a Saturday night before we left Florida. Tony called me right back (from his own vacation) and told me not to worry and wherever I land, the driver will be there! He got in touch with the driver and he was there at the airport waiting for me when I got there. If you are looking for a limo company who's owner actually cares about his clients, ask for Tony and use Settembre Limo. He will never let you down. read more

My now husband and I used settembre for our wedding this past august as well as our honeymoon trips to the airport. Their service was excellent! The drivers showed up early the car were beautiful. The owner, Tony, was available at all hours to answer our questions as well as on the night of our wedding. The girl in the office was great helped me plan the timing and even suggested different scenarios for different cars to see what would accommodate our wedding best. I recommend everyone to use this company there pricing are the best in the area and they have a beautiful showroom in peekskill where you can see all there cars! I travel to the airport monthly and use his services and they are always early, professional and safe. I am never waiting for them. There staff are well trained and familiar with all the airports in the area. What started off as being used for trips to the airport, has turned into nights on the town with friends, dinner and shows in the city. Tony came through for me big time!!! I got screwed by another limo company I found online who was happy to take my non-refundable deposit and never answer another call or email after that. A close friend of mine recommended Settembre Limo and I got the luxury liner bus (40 passenger) at a better price than I was offered from the scam company. He saved my bachelor party!! The bus was clean, fully stocked and the driver was right on time and courteous to us throughout the evening. We made all of our arranged stops and had a great time! I would highly recommend Settembre Limousine service. On July 20, 2019 I used their service for my wedding, renting the Princess Rolls Royce and the Super Duty stretch. They arrived on time and, in fact, with ample time to take pictures without feeling rushed. The cars were clean and the drivers, Andre and James, were polite, courteous and beyond helpful. In fact we felt as though we had a personal assistant making sure we had our luggage, phones etc before we began our journey. Settembre's service at my wedding was great. They were very helpful in all ways. They assisted in helping decide what services suit my wedding party most comfertably. We took the 2 chrysler 300's. Settembre's Limousine did such an outstanding job transporting the bridal party for our daughter's wedding this past October. First class operation all the way. Hired a car to take my 16 year old daughter and 4 friends to NYC. It was a drop off and pick up. I was concerned the girls would not be able find the driver after their concert event. I was given the drivers cell phone number as were the girls. The driver made sure he was parked nearby and the girls easily found him. The driver even called me on way home to let me know all was well. Excellent above and beyond service. read more
