The entire session takes less than an hour, and it happens every four to six weeks for six sessions. Jackie letting my partner and I book an appointment together made us so much more comfortable, but we don't even need the support because Jackie is so much fun to hang out with. The session always flies by. The office is very private. Jackie is the only person who works there, and the session takes place in a large room with an operating table that is adjacent to her desk. She diagnosed me with keratosis pilaris and told me which skin products to use to make it go away, and it did! The order in which post waxing cleaning was done (back to front with the same wet wipe) was completely unsanitary, and having gone to back to back appointments with a friend, (in the same room), the wax did not take any time to heat up, leading me to assume the same wax was used for both of us... while double dipping sticks. When doing the wax, she went fully over many sensitive areas with hot wax. That's sloppy. After finished, she barely tried to clean off all the residue left over. Along with that, a dirty fan was pointing towards my body that they used to dry the wax quicker. Way too many red flags when it comes to sanitation standards, things that could result in UTIs, Yeast Infections, and so on.
