I decided to place a to-go order for the Chicken Sagg Malai Kofta And The Delhi Chicken Tikkamasala Pasta I also ordered a cheese nann and Laccha Paratha with the veggie samosa. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff. The restaurant was clean yet empty (maybe that should have been the first sign) I received my order and was excited to go home and eat with my family when I arrived home and opened the sagg I was a bit disappointed at how separate everything looked . Sagg is always my go to and while the flavors slightly may vary from location to location what I received looked more like a spinach legume where everything seamed separated as I took a taste I was hit with harsh flavors of raw ginger and spices that seemed to separate in my mouth rather than the warm blend of flavors that I'm used to . I could barely get past two bites and decided to try my sisters malai Kofta another favorite that I've had before from 4 different Indian restaurants. I was completely blown away that it tasted like a thick unseasoned hollandaise sauce almost like a puréed egg yoke with grainy falafel balls . Not the smooth Paneer Kofta with potato that I'm familiar with, the tikka masala pasta was tooo sweet chicken texture was off along with the mushy pasta it was probably the dish that was eaten the most of the three . The nann was great and the somosas were alright but sadly most of everything was tossed in the trash . Maybe there's too many ingredients on the menu to properly execute the dishes accordingly or maybe the chef isn't tasting the dishes that they're making either way as someone who's very versed in Indian cuisine and the versatility of different dishes based on the regions of India . These were simply not edible or good . Please go back to the drawing board and work on these recipes.

The way they do a samosa chaat is a little bit drier and tangier than most, which does feel more like the style one gets in Pakistani places.
