I have worked with Kess with her Yosuda practice. Prior to starting this endeavor, we spoke on her practice and utilizing the Enneagram to understand oneself and others. I enjoyed the mindfulness yoga and also the Enneagram self awareness strategies with Kessuda, every morning that I attended her session helped me to be more aware of myself physically and mentally. I would not say that it can solve my problems, but it is really useful for me to be more realistic about expectations and self perceptions/actions towards outside expectations. That way I am a bit easy to myself. I found Kess sort of by accident when I was searching for yoga studios in Manayunk. When I visited her website I had no idea what Enneagram was, but it sounded like just the thing I needed in my life. Family members told me that YOGA would be great for me, though after taking a few classes, YOGA did not seem to benefit me the way I excepted. Those classes were mostly just physical exercise.
