Cindy has an impeccable bedside manner and beautiful grounding energy. I received a massage & a cupping session from her and left feeling like a million bucks. Cindy is my GO TO reiki healer. I've had energy healing before, but this was a truly unique experience. First, the environment she has set for her client is thoughtful. The room she heals you in is minimilistic, simple, yet highly specialized. You get the feeling that each part of her room has been arranged to facilitate your comfort, connection, and relaxation. When you first step in, the energetic cleanliness is immediately palpable. I think this is due to the interior color being white. The cleanliness just bounces around the walls. Lingering are light fragrences of essential oil and dried sage, which highlights the sacredness of what goes on in the room. The sounds she played during the session was particularly soothing, and made me feel safe. Overall it was quite a refreshing place to conduct the experience, compare to how the air outside in San Jose can get. During the session, you can expect to lay on the table and her to work all around your body. Since this is reiki, physical contact is rare - but you must know, the heat energy that emits from her hands is noticeably warming! There were many times where I thought she was in two places at once! She would work on one area of my body, then move to another, but I still felt strong energy where she worked a moment ago. She utilizes a light clapping around your body to encourage energetic release. It's all very soothing and subtle. Some final thoughts - the experience Cindy provides here is truly one of a kind, and she maintains a professional standard throughout the entire process. She briefly interviews you before the session to identify your goals and intentions. After the session she provides interesting feedback regarding what she found during the treatment, and gives you details on how to stay in energetic homeostasis. She also sends you an email overviewing everything that was discussed for future reference, which was cool because I found myself going back to it a few days later as a reminder on what to work on, and what to stay strong in.
