They are proactive about sending me fresh, new samples and getting my event dates from me in advance in order to send custom ideas for each event. They've gotten me full refunds and make goods for the odd order that has gone awry over the years as well - for example, a banner arrived dirty from the factory last week and they had the option for a full refund or a new replacement banner shipped to me within 1.5 days within 30 minutes of me calling them.
