BEWARE!!! My…read moreadvise: STAY AWAY!!! The experience I had with this jeweler was by far the worst experience I could ever expect.... I wanted to get some work done to my engagement ring. Being new to town, I decided to stop around local jewelers, explain what I wanted, and get their opinions and cost estimation. When I went in to Frank and Son, they seemed like very nice people, seemed to know what they were doing, and also gave me the best time line and cost estimation. So, I decided to leave my ring with them for the work I wanted... BIG MISTAKE! Originally, Frank himself told me the work would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete. Fair, I thought, for a jeweler to essentially create a new ring. T Six weeks later, I had no ring. Getting anxious to have it back, I decided to call Frank to see how the work was going. No joke, I tried calling just about 15 times with NO ANSWER! I got so scared that they took my jewels and ran that I stopped by the shot ASAP. To my relief, their doors were still open, and my jewels still there. However, did he even start on my ring yet? No. When I asked him when it would be ready, he said about another week. When I asked about the phone, he said he was too busy to answer it. I should've taken my ring and ran, but I made the bad decision to let him keep it. I mean, it's only a week, right? TEN WEEKS LATER I STILL HAD NO RING. Not only did he by far pass the date he told me he would be ready, but yet again would NEVER answer the phone. I finally stopped by and told him a fib that I needed my ring for engagement pictures in 2 weeks, figuring that would give him enough time to get it right. I swear I stopped by that shop every other day to hound him to get it done, and 2 weeks later, sure enough he was finished. Finally I picked up my ring and at first impression it looked great! However, the shotty craftsmanship soon started to show... the work he did was absolute crap. The setting was not as we discussed, and in 2 days the rhodium on the white gold wore off, leaving my ring with a rough yellow tint to it. Not worth the money I paid for it at all, but at that point I didn't want anything to do with Frank or his Son. Overall, not even worth one star. Frank and Son are the worst jewelers I have ever been to. Hopefully my story will help others make the right decision... STAY AWAY!!!!

Note: she didn't know and I've been told by jewelers before it was a very nice diamond. She was just being nasty and rude. It wasn't my fault, but it was of cheaper quality so it could be expected. This is the part that has earned my repeat business: the gentleman then very honestly told me that I'd be looking at around $300 to replace it. Now, the gun only cost me $300 as I got it on sale at the time. He was totally transparent and said he could be wrong about part pricing and availability and he could do some digging if I wanted. That statement alone was enough for me to trust him, so I thanked him for his time and said it wasn't worth sinking more than I paid for it (this is not my Canik TP9SF after all). Now this was all about two months ago. I still carry my Taurus because it's smaller and (thankfully) I haven't needed to draw it. On a whim, I decided to look up what a new firing block for this model would be. Sure enough, it matched exactly what the gunsmith had told me. So not only did he know this off the top of his head, which speaks to his knowledge, but he was willing to double check and correct himself if he was misquoting me, which speaks to his integrity. I've bought ammo from this store before and have the utmost faith the rest of the staff is of the same caliber. (Get it? Caliber?) But the winning interaction was with their gunsmith. I will be going to C&R for all my needs from now on.

It has a significant stock of bras, undies, t-shirts, fitness apparel, etc. They also have extended sizes like 52DDD. If you are a larger woman, call to make sure that they carry your size in stock before making the trip. So, I recently received my catalog for this store and decided that I needed to purchase some new undergarments. I decide that I should actually go to the store to check out the options, sizes and colors in person. I ask about the bra in question and it is available in the store. But here's the kicker, it is $33 in the store and 12.99 in the catalog. I verify this with my smartphone just to make sure it is the exact same bra. It is! While $33 is the regular price, you can get 40% off if you buy 3. Do the math people! This is not a good deal no matter how you slice it. Don't get caught up in the moment: Yes, they deliver impeccable customer service. Yes, if the item is not in the store, they will look it up and ship it to your home free, but you will still pay the exorbitant store price. It will still cost you way more than double what you would pay if you just order on-line and have those items shipped directly to you. Also, when you order a certain amount, the shipping is free. I have never paid for shipping because I always order three or four bras at a time, which I think is standard for most women. On the other hand, if price is not an issue and you just like shopping in person, then you will probably have a great experience here but don't plan on lunch because you will have NO money left. :) PS I was able to purchase 4 bras for approx. $52, (on line, in black which was not available in the store), and shipping was free with no minimum purchase required.
