I've experienced (or shall I say endured) other treatments in the past for fat and cellulite, and let me tell you, they were very painful, so I was a bit apprehensive going in. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. Monica made me feel very comfortable and explained what she was doing each step of the way. First she took measurements of the treatment area (my thunderous thighs), and took some pictures for reference. Next she laid me down on the table and draped the area and applied a lotion or solution to the area. Once the area was prepped she began the treatment, which in fact did feel like a warm massage. After the first thigh was done, she wrapped it before going on to the second thigh and repeated the process. Afterward, Monica measured my thighs and lo and behold, they had gone down in size. I was pleased with the results and wanted to plan my next visit. She explained to me that you can treat one area at a time and return a week later to treat the same area if you'd like to lose more, or treat a different area. I'll be concentrating on my thighs for now. The aftercare information is easy to follow, drink lots of water, move around, eat clean etc...I definitely recommend this treatment if you have some problem areas that just won't budge and you're looking for something that's noninvasive.
