This place refused to show me what they were injecting into my body and couldn't tell me what brand they use. After I repeatedly expressed concern, especially since the medication wasn't doing much at all, the guy finally walked in cupping the vial in his hand with a sticker slapped on it. I'd never seen the label or heard of the company, and it very clearly looked hand-applied. Super sketchy. I've since seen other reviews claiming their medication was expired. But I can't find those reviews now? Everything they use is compounded, and was it tirzepitide or semaglutide? I was told I got both, but semaglutide is less, and I was paying for Tirzepitide. when you ask direct questions, they play dumb or straight up lie to your face. This happened nearly EVERY TIME I WENT . The doctor who signed me up told me one price. The following week, I came in and suddenly the price was different by more than a hundred dollars. and they refused to honor what I was promised, even though I was told it would be honored if I came in by the end of the week. The doctor was standing right there and pretended she didn't know me and claimed she wasn't the one who signed me up. She absolutely was. She had no problem taking my money, though. At one point she had me second-guessing myself because she swore it wasn't her, yes she lied to my face. I think they were hoping I'd let it go. I didn't . I asked the woman at the front desk, who literally had my file open, who the doctor was that I met with. She looked at the file, and stared not saying a word. surprise: it was the same doctor who had just said she'd never seen me. That was the biggest red flag of all. I should have cut my losses and left but I stayed with them thinking I didn't have a better option. The shot before my last one was a completely different consistency and entirely different color than what I'd been given before. They have a file on me as a patient and should be guiding my care, yet I was told I needed to ask for whatever they gave me previously?!?! Wild to think these "doctors" don't read or know their own patients' files. Had I known about Lilly Direct sooner, I would've gone there first. At least you know you're getting pure medication that hasn't been cut with anything else. You get the vials, you know what's going into your body and you're not "hoping" for the best. This place is a scam. Don't waste your money. Maybe I'll grow a tail later from whatever they injected into me, who knows. Expensive lesson learned, but do your research before handing this place a dime. One of the shadiest, sketchiest operations I've ever been to in my life. Ps everyone who works there looks miserable btw. I would be too if I worked at a place that was shady and lying and scamming people . Do your research, Lilly Directors IS cheaper! Dr. Dezfoli performed an endoscopy and found that she had an ulceration in her esophagus and severe damage due to acid reflux. He also noticed two lumps in the lining of the stomach. She needed a specialized endoscopy with ultrasound. He was able to refer us to a top notch gastroenterologist at Cedar Sinai and with his connections to the hospital we were able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. With the help of Dr. Dezfoli, and his diligence we are working on getting her back to health. He and his staff are wonderful to work with.

I was so excited when I learned about Cavi Lipo, I wanted to try it right away…read more I spoke with Monica and she explained the process, saying that the experience was like getting a relaxing massage and that results would be immediate. I've experienced (or shall I say endured) other treatments in the past for fat and cellulite, and let me tell you, they were very painful, so I was a bit apprehensive going in. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about. Monica made me feel very comfortable and explained what she was doing each step of the way. First she took measurements of the treatment area (my thunderous thighs), and took some pictures for reference. Next she laid me down on the table and draped the area and applied a lotion or solution to the area. Once the area was prepped she began the treatment, which in fact did feel like a warm massage. After the first thigh was done, she wrapped it before going on to the second thigh and repeated the process. Afterward, Monica measured my thighs and lo and behold, they had gone down in size. I was pleased with the results and wanted to plan my next visit. She explained to me that you can treat one area at a time and return a week later to treat the same area if you'd like to lose more, or treat a different area. I'll be concentrating on my thighs for now. The aftercare information is easy to follow, drink lots of water, move around, eat clean etc...I definitely recommend this treatment if you have some problem areas that just won't budge and you're looking for something that's noninvasive.
