Dariella is fantastic! I came to her because at 34 I wasn't able to get into the same shape I used to be able to acheive pretty easily. I wanted to be able to run and swim fast like I used to and had put on some pounds that wouldn't come off. Turns out I was making a lot of mistakes with my diet that led to the above mentioned issues (it wasn't simply aging, but was more like premature aging) as well as inflamed joints and digestive issues. I reached out to Dariella during one of the worst lows of my life. I had been caretaking for family members for several years and it finally caught up to me. I met Dariella when she was my professor at CSULB, where I was majoring in nutrition. When I called Dariella, I was ready to quit going down the Google rabbit hole diagnosing myself and over-exercising. I knew something in my body's system was amiss. I found myself 45 years old: bloated, and gaining more weight with every passing month. No Orange Theory, no personal trainer, no CoolSculpting could put a dent into the space I occupied. I was eating what I thought was good for me, spending most of my grocery money at Whole Foods and Mother's Market. I quit drinking booze 5 years ago and I don't binge or overeat. I went to see Dariella after receiving some less than stellar blood work results. She is outstanding! Prior to our initial consultation, she sent me a lengthy questionnaire to fill out about my own health as well as my family's medical history. Many health practitioners do this, yet when you arrive to your first appointment, they have not read it. This was not the case with Dariella! She studied it ahead of time and had specific questions to ask me. By doing that in advance, Dariella made every minute of our session count. In addition, she asked me to bring my blood work results.
