The instructors are supportive and welcoming and I really enjoy the group class environment. Plus the 50% off the first class didn't hurt. The classes range from beginner to advanced. If you are new to Pilates take the Reformer Essentials to get your footing and learn the basics. For the more intermediate to advanced I highly recommend Reformer Mix with instructor Chelsea. With Chelsea I experience a full body workout with different routines every week using all of the equipment . I have truly stepped up my pilates game with Chelsea. The Reformer Sculpt class is also a excellent option for an advanced class that does exactly what the class title says. Instructor/owner Eden is my fave for Sculpt. The studio offers yoga classes and these have been a game changer. Instructor Brooke is an amazing yoga + pilates instructor who is down to earth and very encouraging. Instructor Consuelo is peaceful and intentional with Gentle Yoga Slow Flow for a more easy and meditative flow. If you're in or near Long Beach check out the studio. They offer classes from 6am - 7pm. 5 stars

You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. This place refused to show me what they were injecting into my body and couldn't tell me what brand they use. After I repeatedly expressed concern, especially since the medication wasn't doing much at all, the guy finally walked in cupping the vial in his hand with a sticker slapped on it. I'd never seen the label or heard of the company, and it very clearly looked hand-applied. Super sketchy. I've since seen other reviews claiming their medication was expired. But I can't find those reviews now? Everything they use is compounded, and was it tirzepitide or semaglutide? I was told I got both, but semaglutide is less, and I was paying for Tirzepitide. when you ask direct questions, they play dumb or straight up lie to your face. This happened nearly EVERY TIME I WENT . The doctor who signed me up told me one price. The following week, I came in and suddenly the price was different by more than a hundred dollars. and they refused to honor what I was promised, even though I was told it would be honored if I came in by the end of the week. The doctor was standing right there and pretended she didn't know me and claimed she wasn't the one who signed me up. She absolutely was. She had no problem taking my money, though. At one point she had me second-guessing myself because she swore it wasn't her, yes she lied to my face. I think they were hoping I'd let it go. I didn't . I asked the woman at the front desk, who literally had my file open, who the doctor was that I met with. She looked at the file, and stared not saying a word. surprise: it was the same doctor who had just said she'd never seen me. That was the biggest red flag of all. I should have cut my losses and left but I stayed with them thinking I didn't have a better option. The shot before my last one was a completely different consistency and entirely different color than what I'd been given before. They have a file on me as a patient and should be guiding my care, yet I was told I needed to ask for whatever they gave me previously?!?! Wild to think these "doctors" don't read or know their own patients' files. Had I known about Lilly Direct sooner, I would've gone there first. At least you know you're getting pure medication that hasn't been cut with anything else. You get the vials, you know what's going into your body and you're not "hoping" for the best. This place is a scam. Don't waste your money. Maybe I'll grow a tail later from whatever they injected into me, who knows. Expensive lesson learned, but do your research before handing this place a dime. One of the shadiest, sketchiest operations I've ever been to in my life. Ps everyone who works there looks miserable btw. I would be too if I worked at a place that was shady and lying and scamming people . Do your research, Lilly Directors IS cheaper! Don't give this place a dime or your time.
