Not the most modern of equipment but it will do the trick. I don't like the hours too much. As of this writing expect a close down at 10pm and Saturdays until 4pm, even shorter for Sunday. Right now $30.00 a month gets you a no-nonsense monthly membership with no contracts or scams. Parking can be a challenge here as they share the space with a Sedanos supermarket.

I'm going to write this review as impartially and respectfully as I can. Here goes nothing…read more... I've been a member of Porky's (yeah), Planet Fitness, Elev8tion, CrossFit gyms, YouFit, LA Fitness, Retro Fitness, and so many others. My most recent membership was with infamous since January of 2021 till today, August 2021. You can imagine I've seen a lot and honestly I'm picky about where I train. A few friends told me not to go to Infamous, that I wouldn't like it, but I wanted to try it myself. This gym is picture perfect until you step inside. It's smells, it's old, it's crowded, there's never any parking, and it's dirty. Let me get into the details. I've been thinking about leaving this gym for a while now and I was really giving it a chance because I can tell that the owners are trying their best to add newer machines and repair damages around the gym but... it's just not enough. They have five stair masters and only 1 works. The rest of the cardio machines are treadmills or old and beat up ellipticals/bikes. There are definitely not enough functioning cardio machines. About 80- 90% of the weightlifting machines are super old. There are not enough plates (weights) in all sections of the gym. The bathrooms are always disgusting (I won't even say what I saw and smelled today). Everything is dirty around the gym in general too. Whenever I ask for a spray to clean the machine they never know where it is... Even throughout COVID, they didn't have cleaning supplies... last but not least: parking. Parking is an awful situation here at any time of day. They also have a ridiculous $25.00 fee for a one-day pass. They don't let you try out the gym for free for a few days either. They don't let you have a guest either. They're standards are high but what they offer isn't even worth it. To me, it's the little things. That gym has potential but I'm not waiting around. I hope they read my review and I don't care if they hate me... they should thank me and work on these things so more people who actually keep their membership there.

Recently a group of friends of mine from a different gym and I went to check it out (finally!) and take a class. We took the 10am class on Saturday and it didn't disappoint! Adrian was very welcoming and nice. He explained how the workout worked, answered all our questions and even offered to take pictures of our group all together! The workout consisted of HIIT cardio and strength training. A lot of ball slamming that particular weekend. The class was challenging and Adrian was very motivating. The running portion killed me because I'm not used to running unless someone is chasing me, lol. The only thing I think this place really needs is towels. I didn't bring one and by the end I was soaked in sweat with nothing to dry off with. Next time I'll remember to bring my own! Overall it was a great sweat session and I'm glad we made the trip down. The gym is open, spacious, well equipped, cool A/C, the floor and equipment is very clean. The trainers demonstrate each of the 9 exercises for that day. There are 3 sets of 3 exercises for 3 stations. The exercises are very easy for a newbie to grasp but are very challenging. The group was also very friendly for my first day. The trainers walk around each station to check on you for the entire 50 minutes. The music is loud and upbeat. They will not let you quit, highly motivating. The sessions begin with a run around the corporate parking lot then up and down the stairs from the 2nd floor. There is a fixed schedule of legs, upper body, total body, legs, upper body then total body from Monday - Saturday. Danny also does personal one on one personal training sessions. There is ample parking in the open lot in front and on the side. When I arrived the 2nd day, the trainer knew my name and greets you personally. The women attending my class were very friendly.

The biggest let down however, is the cardio equipment; a few bikes and ellipticals, but of the 4 treadmills 2 are broken and there is no stair master. It is expensive at $30 a month for what you're getting but the convenience of not having to leave Springs is what keeps me. This definitely ain't Anatomy, Equinox, or any other pristine gym with hot trainers like in Brickell South Beach and the Gables. This is Miami Springs with older retired folks and Hialeah neighbors who frequent as well, since it's right next to the bridge.

I ventured to this area for work and found this place via recommendation. There is a crossfit-type area upstairs and a traditional workout gym downstairs. You'll feel at home with the vibe of Thump. I didn't have the chance to take any classes there, but I did work with one of the trainers who added new elements to my routine. Bravo to the folks of Thump and thanks for a great few sessions!
