They were telling me about other services they do, and it's not only a reasonable value but they're the type of shop that wants to get it done and get it done the right way for you. They might be a 25 minute drive from my place, but this is the shop I'm going to be going to for any car needs that I have. Absolutely stellar, 100 out of 5. I called just about every shop in the area that works on diesel and all of them told me that they didn't want to work on it, a few people even laughed at me, said "no thanks" and hung up on me. Dave was very kind and helpful on the phone and said that if I could get it to their shop they'd look at it first thing in the morning. We managed to limp the bus over to the shop. Dave was still there when we arrived (it was evening) and he was kind enough to give us a ride to our motel. Aaron had the bus fixed by noon the next day. We had another complication as we drove another 30 miles up the road, and Aaron arrived as quickly as he could and jumped through hoops to get us back on the road. After that last hiccup, we made it back to CT safe and sound and the bus drove wonderfully. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a mechanic shop. These folks know what they're doing and they care. Dave even called us after we left to wish us safe travels. The competence and the kindness were truly overwhelming. It's one of those experiences that makes you feel better about humanity.
