Tiffani was kind enough to squeeze us in at the end of the day and even happily stayed late to make sure my daughter was happy with her dress. How do you have a line full of customers with 1 to 2 items sitting there for 10 mins while you have 2 people on the floor folding clothes and 1 person on register? Working in retail previously, you should get the crowd out the store then go back to folding clothes. The workers were there having full blown conversations with customers instead of keeping the line moving. Yes, speak to your customers and make them feel welcomed, but do not campaign for a seat at their dinner table..geesh! This location is already small and yes the store was a wreck..but clear out the customers. It will literally take 10-15 mins to clear the crowd and then go back to cleaning the store. Each time I am in here I always check them out in hopes to find one to add to my rotation. This stop they had a bunch that I liked, but after searching through everything there, not in my size, as I mentioned above. The selection of other items is great here, but not always what I'm looking for. If I wanted single color matching outfits, this is a great place to pick that up. However, that was not what I was in the mood for this time. Would definitely stop back in here if I am in the area again, but with more and more of these popping up there are locations closer to me.
