We found a beautiful, reasonably priced dress that made my daughter very happy. The little fitting room is beautiful with everything white and clean -- it feels like you're getting the royal treatment. Service is amazing. Silly us arrived there without an appointment. Tiffani was kind enough to squeeze us in at the end of the day and even happily stayed late to make sure my daughter was happy with her dress. I asked for the manager on the clock which was a nice man with dreadlocks and as nice as he's always been being that we've started to go to that store since it opened so we've seen him before n he rung us out before as well today he was completely useless and it might be because it was a busy time or they just had enough of that lady and her rants because when I started to speak she started to curse and talk over me which he had to tell her to stop and keep doing her job MIND YOU SHE STILL RINGING MY stuff and my mother teenage sister and toddler son asking why she's being rude why shes saying bad words why shes calling me fat body shaming me and threatening with what we can only assume is ice giving the days we're all living in now in the country and needing to stick together. I had to sit there and tell my 4 year old that we don't say bad things to people or bad words and to never argue with someone whose older than him in the mean time while my mother in the verge of tears telling her teenager not to comment on the matter that sometimes people are just cruel and unprofessional. I was given nothing but the lady name from the receipt from the lady after the manager didn't let me get through HALF of the things that happened and said he will talk to his boss tomorrow and that's it. Each time I am in here I always check them out in hopes to find one to add to my rotation. This stop they had a bunch that I liked, but after searching through everything there, not in my size, as I mentioned above. The selection of other items is great here, but not always what I'm looking for. If I wanted single color matching outfits, this is a great place to pick that up. She reiterated multiple times that I "understand what this means for the business," which felt unnecessarily intense and confrontational. I had no prior knowledge of any box, as the item was given to me already gift-wrapped. I calmly explained this, but was still made to repeat that I "understand" -- over and over -- in a way that felt accusatory and frankly demeaning. I understand that small businesses have return policies, and I respected that -- I came with a valid gift receipt and handled the interaction politely. The issue wasn't the policy, it was the way I was treated. I accepted the store credit, but I left the store with a strong impression of how unpleasant the owner's behavior was.
