Robert went down to his shop to get the parts and came right back and replaced them. Vacuumed up all the dust and dirt and the machine is working perfectly. Robert is an old school class act. Disappointing Customer Service…read more I purchased all of my home appliances, including my washer and dryer, from Direct Appliance, so I was very disappointed with how they handled an issue with my dishwasher. The dishwasher stopped cleaning properly, particularly the top rack. A technician came out, spent only 5-10 minutes looking at it, and concluded that the dishwasher pods were creating too many suds--even though I was using the recommended pods. I called back and explained that the issue clearly wasn't resolved. I was told the lead technician would contact me, but he never did. A few weeks later, I called again because the problem persisted. They wanted to charge me another service fee to come back out. After going back and forth with the service department, I was told, "We have the right to refuse to service you," and that notes would be placed on my account. I ultimately diagnosed and fixed the problem myself. A 30-cent screw had come loose, causing a loss of water pressure to the top rack--a common issue with these dishwashers. What frustrates me most is that the problem could have been identified with a more thorough inspection. Instead, the technician settled on the first explanation and left. After spending a significant amount of money with this business on our appliances, I expected much better customer service and support. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Direct Appliance.

LONG POST! Let me…read morestart this out with we have spent a lot of money throughout our home renovation at the Turlock Lowe's. We went there early this morning to rent a insulation blower. It was probably the worst experience I have ever had there. No one knew what they were doing and had my husband and I running around getting barcodes looking up item numbers. We were at the pro desk thinking they were pros. We asked them for the machine that we needed for the insulation and they said they don't know if it works. So we waited about an hour for them to finally get the blower out from wherever it was. When they brought it to us, they told us they don't know if it works or not. I asked them if they can plug it in and they did not. They said we would have to pay for everything. Take it home. Try it and if it doesn't work, bring it back. So we paid. Then we asked for assistance loading our truck with 20 insulation bags and the insulation blower which is extremely heavy. They said they would go in to get someone. And they never came back out. We waited for a long time and eventually had someone else meet us there to help us lift it into the truck. Once we're home, the machine shut off every five minutes and we would have to wait between each bag to let the machine cool down before it would work again. THE WORST PART, is that my husband went to take it back just now and once again was sent to multiple desks, telling him they don't know how to return it. I don't understand. That is literally their job. Then he asked for someone to help him unload it. For some reason they could not find anybody???? once again how does that make sense. My husband proceeded to try and pull it out of the truck by himself. Hurt his back and still no one was out there to help him. I have never been so disappointed with Turlock Lowe's before. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU NEED TO RENT ANY MACHINE. They do not know what they are doing.

Best nursery around!…read more 3 specific things: 1-We bought a tree here and a tree from a large/corporate home store (the blue one, not the orange one). The same age/size tree and planted at the same time. The one we bought from the Greenery is taller and the truck is wider and just looks overall better, despite them starting at the same size. The price difference was minimal and I wish we bought both trees from the Greenery. Because of this, we came back to buy more trees, despite the price being a little higher. The overall value is a lot better considering we picked up professionally cared for trees by knowledgeable people (versus a random big box store clerk who didn't know much about the trees). 2-Everyone here is super friendly, goes out of their way to stop what they are doing to offer to help and carry things. Think, normal customer service, but extra caring and thoughtful and nice. 3- Shout out to Alex specifically who took his time to answer a bunch of tree questions on multiple visits.
