There are very few massage therapists that truly 'get it'. Bella indeed has healing hands! Not all massage therapists understand and 'feel' the connection between muscle, bone, ligaments, fascia & the mind. Let me tell you, she NAILED it. Her touch and exploration of my trouble areas, then diving in with the solution with cupping and triggered massage was exactly what I would've done. Her communication throughout, her questions, her gentle silence was perfect. Her technique with muscle stretching and triggered massage points was spot on.
