They installed ALL our windows UPSIDE DOWN how do they not know which way the windows go in!!!??? They shot nails from the inside THROUGH THE SIDING ON THE OUTSIDE FOR GODS SAKE!!!! and since they started ghosting us and refused to do reasonable work OR return our money we had to learn how to fix every issue they left us with.
