Moving in itself is stressful, so the fact that they were able to help with the car transport made it very helpful. I'll definitely use them again for our future moves and will recommend to anyone that needs car transport. They were transparent with pricing from the very beginning. If you need car transport, please use TOTAL CARE TRANS! You won't be disappointed and they'll make sure the process is seamless. Thank you again!!

I contacted Jimmy Page about transporting a classic car from Oregon to New Jersey. I wanted an…read moreenclosed carrier and I needed the car to arrive no later than a specified date (my travel arrangements depended upon this). Mr. Page provided both verbal and written assurances that the car would be delivered well within my time parameters. At the time I spoke with Mr. Page there were ten days available to get the car to its destination and Mr. Page assured me the transport time would be 4-5 days (this is in July mind you, not the dead of winter). I went so far as to implore Mr. Page not to "overpromise." I wanted to take personal delivery of this car and I could have made other arrangements. My car was not picked up on the specified date, but a day later by Gorban Transportation. As five days stretched into six and seven and eight, my confidence in Mr. Page and Gorban Transportation began to wane. I texted and emailed Mr. Page repeatedly for updates. At one point he testily replied that "transportation is imprecise" and then largely did not reply to my calls, texts, or emails. "Total Care Trans?" My car was finally delivered on day 13. I am 63 years old, been in business for 40 years, and I have never dealt with someone as dishonest as Mr. Page. He is a slick, glib, used car salesman (and that's an insult to used car salesmen). Run, do not walk, away from him and his company.

We were really embarrassed by that, but living one step away from all farmland, there are few options for heat. So we ordered what we could pay for and got on a cash basis with Spring Hill Oil. They were quite annoyed with us, but would work us in when they could. We truly felt contrite, and grateful - we needed the propane. They weren't terrible to deal with, and were probably just concerned about getting paid. Understandable. Things picked up for us a bit, and we started to get back on track. Last December 2013, we got our tank filled (they only do partial fillups), and asked to be on the rotation again (promising to pay cash on delivery, of course). Somehow that phone conversation got lost, and one day in early 2014 during the worst storm of the season, we ran out of gas. We called Spring Hill Oil, and asked them if they forgot about us. They had no recall of us asking to get on the route again. That's fine. We told them we had electric heaters purchased as a backup, and plenty of firewood. We asked that they please get to us when they could and put us back on rotation. In a monumental move to help us out, the owner sent his driver into the storm to fill our tank. We were elated! I told him that he didn't need to do that, but we were quite grateful, as it was dang cold in the house and we had a 1 year old at the time. We shoveled the drive, and shoveled a path to the tank so the driver wouldn't have to trudge through a foot and a half of new snow, and we kept shoveling to keep it clear as the snow continued to fall. On the way to our house, the tank truck ran off the road. It was only 2 country blocks away from us. It was a big deal. There were hazmat teams, firetrucks, police, and cranes out there. We drove over in the jeep to watch it for a while. In my mind, I was thinking they would get the truck back on the road, and all would be good. Boy was I wrong. The owner of Spring Hill Oil called and basically told us to get our gas someplace else. Now, we did not ask them to come out in the storm. That was his decision, and we appreciate it, but I was very direct in telling him we could make it through until they could fit us in. I just wanted to get back on the regular route. What I found out is that if you have tanks rented from one gas company, then no other gas company will fill them under any circumstance. You have to buy them from the first company so that they are not leased before anyone will come out. So the result was that we went the entire cold season without central heat. I bought more space heaters, 1 for each room, and purchased more firewood, but it was not a very comfortable winter. We kept water running in the laundry room and kitchen and closed off the entire upstairs. We had pipes freeze twice, but were able to put direct heat on them to unfreeze without breaking anything. Yes, we had "backup to keep us going" without gas, but no, it was not ideal. They appeared to blamed us. Granted, the Spring Hill Oil truck went off the road coming out to help us. I wish it had not. I am not sure why he chose to put his driver out, when I said we could hold out, and I still do appreciate the attempt. If they had chalked that up as a mistake, and reconnected with us, then we could just get back on the rotation and things would be fine. But instead, they chose to get gruff and grumble and refuse to fill our tank even after they got their truck up and running. We heard nothing from them until recently (September 2014). We still have their tanks. I am not sure what to do with them. Another company told me the old tanks were worth $750, but Spring Hill Oil has called and told my wife they wanted $1000. It's not a good situation, because we can't get gas from another company unless we buy these tanks. I really just don't want to deal with them again at all, because they hold their mistake against us, since it happened trying to get gas out to us. I don't blame them for not getting us on the regular route when I requested it in Dec 2013, but I do think it is completely irresponsible and childish to refuse us gas because THEY sent their truck out on icy roads. We are much better prepared for this upcoming winter with or without oil... but we have to do something with their tanks. Which means dealing with them again. My opinion and review on Spring Hill Oil is that if things are going well, you are well taken care of. They are nice pleasant people to deal with. Their regular driver is kinda fun to chat with, and he knows all the history of the area. If you have a problem, even one you did not cause (like the truck running off the road), then it's like dealing with a nasty unreasonable ex spouse with bipolar disorder. I mean, who leaves 5 people with a baby in the house without heat for the winter? How do you make that right?

I called Central Body to get some info and discuss my options. I spoke with the manager Kathy. The very next day I called back with a few more questions and spoke with her again. From the moment the phone was answered to the very second we hung up the phone both times, Kathy was absolutely AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, 1,000% honest and respectable which was very appreciated and a pleasure to hear. At the end of the day, she did give me her opinion and advised me on NOT getting our camper fixed due to the damage, the year of it and the worth. So, she did turn away business yes, but what she did was save us a HUGE HUGE hassle in the long run and allowed us to make a smart educated decision on what to do. And she also gave me a few tips on how to do an easy diy fix to get us by for a little while until our brand-new camper arrived which was on order. I hope and pray nothing happens with our new one, but if for any reason it does, Central Body is the 1st place I'm gonna go to especially if Kathy is the one that helps us. Super trustworthy and I wouldn't have any doubt about being a customer in the future if I needed to!

Under no circumstances would I recommend you use ServPro in any capacity. We had a fire with extensive damage requiring a full pack out of all our belongings and nine months work of construction to our house. We went with ServPro mainly due to the positive reviews, which is why I'm writing this review today. If I can stop even one family from going through what we did with ServePro then it's worth it. After nine months we are back in our house even though the upstairs is still not finished and the quality of the work throughout the house is incredibly poor. At this point they have stopped work and we do not know when/if our house will ever be restored back to what it was before the fire. On the pack out: Our belongings were delivered back to us damaged. All of the power cords and hardware parts were not delivered at all. Several other items are still missing. On the construction: The absolute ineptitude is too extensive to list. Instead, I will share a few pictures of what was considered "done" by the ServPro crew. Keeping in mind that we had raised concerns about the quality of the work the entire time they were here working on our house. We were told repeatedly that it's part of the process and the finished product would more than meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we had to be here day after day to make sure things were getting done due to multiple things being missed. On top of all of that ServPro also caused damage to our house and property. When ServPro removed our fridge as part of the pack out they left the water line uncapped and damaged the wood floor to the point that the new fridge (old fridge was brought back but no longer worked) is off balance and does not fit properly. The ServPro crew that was initially working on the house had vehicles with oil leaks. Though we pointed this out continuously nothing was ever done about it. The result is permanent oil stains in our driveway and street. We did finally get through to ServPro that the quality was so terrible that we could not move in and they did take action. The entirety of the upstairs had to be redone. They are in the process of doing that work but have now stopped due to not wanting to wait on the money coming from the mortgage company. All of which is beyond our control, but we are the ones left with an unfinished home. If there are further updates, I will post them here. I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. The loss that comes with having a house fire is difficult enough without dealing with the stress, heartache, and pure incompetence of ServPro.
