Worst Kenworth dealership I've ever encountered. Bought a new w900 16 months ago.fully warranties to 500k miles. Transmission got glitchy at 150k. Took it in and after 2 weeks they had the thing apart 2 times and still couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Decided on replacing the back half of the Transmission. Except, Eaton doesn't just sell that part anymore. So they put a whole new tranny in then charged me 15k. They still have no idea what was wrong with my Transmission, but Eaton or Kenworth will stand behind their product or warranty. Just a joke. I'd seriously consider doing business here. There are several other options withing a half hour. I'd skip this place. read more

Service personnel was courteous, professional and prompt. Parts department well stocked. The only negative perception I had was from the receptionist/cashier that was condescending. Maybe she had issues with bearded men, idk... but whatever issues she had, it wasn't me. read more

I'm going to preface this with I got incredibly lucky. Injector cups went bad on my CAT and pushing fuel into the coolant system. They got me in that evening it being a Friday. Everyone was polite and courteous and gave me a ride to a hotel for the evening. They had me done at 9:00 am Saturday and out the door. They are adding on to the shop so hopefully this is a trend that stays. They busted their butts getting me taken care of and I really appreciate it. read more

I arrived here around 10Am with two problems on my T680, they didn't start on it until almost 4Pm which was good I knew there was trucks ahead of me and was too much bored to stick around so I got myself a room figured I'd also be too sleepy to continue my drive by the time they finished. At 10Pm they called saying that it was Ready. In the morning I showed up to pay, pickup and leave. I think the price was a lil too much the parts were less than $100 the rest was Labor. The grand Total was a little over $900 including parts-That's the only reason they get four stars out of five outta me. Overall they did do a Great job. They did fix the problems. And I would return and recommend that this place is alright to anyone. They'll even give u a free ride to and from hotel. Have a nice day. read more

One of the worst dealer ever rip off I got scammed at Kenworth of Youngstown oh I had a bad fuel pump on my truck call them they at the park which is warrantee for ended up Bypassing my fuel housing never looking at fuel pump Charge me $630 for no reason Had to go down the road and change a fuel pump at Peterbilt they can fix trucks read more

This place has gone to shit like most of the other KW dealerships. I've gotten my overheads done a couple times with no issues. This time I took my KW in for an overhead, grease, shielding a turbo return hose, general complete look over, brake adjustment. Plus, they didn't adjust the brakes or do a complete look over. They found a brake can that was dangling and said they don't have a bracket in stock. They said they could weld it and it would be stronger than OEM. They said nothing about work on the slack adjuster, just a weld. After shift change, the night service advisor gave me the bill for $875.00. The overhead was $200 more than what the day guy quoated. They charged $400 for the weld and for slack adjuster work in which they didn't tell me anything about. $89.00 to put a piece of rubber hose around the turbo return line. $199.00 to grease the truck.
