I bought a bunch of caulking that was hardened and couldn't even be squeezed from the gun, so I had to toss it and eat the cost. Now I just ate the cost of floor paint that was mislabeled. You may save a few cents here and there, but it's not worth the dollars wasted on old, low-quality products. Keep your receipts--you'll probably be making returns. Such a shame to see new owners ruin a great store. (The employees are still great, though.)

The building itself is an old structure from Akron's industrial past, and it's great to see a business thriving there. It's open to the elements, so you definitely need your coat, gloves and hat when shopping in the winter. There's ample off street parking and you get an impressive view of the Route 8/77 highway construction from the front entrance.

We saw 4 large critters running around the clutter. They probably had better service with one location but they cannot manage two stores. Your phone calls will not get returned and you have to physically go to the store to ask a question. All the positive reviews are by friends and family and not actual customers.
