Since I was at work, they were even willing to come to my job to replace the window before it started raining, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the entire process, both Maryam and Daryoush kept me updated, so I always knew what was going on. Daryoush did an outstanding job! He replaced my rear window with high-quality American Standard Safety Glass that includes the factory tint, and the installation was completed in about an hour. I called and got a quick quote for two different thicknesses of glass. I was also told that they had both in stock. I ended up taking the frame there with me about an hour later. They took the frame back and within about 10 minutes brought it back out and ready to go. I only spent just over $50 for the replacement glass and they were very helpful with getting it loaded back into my car. I am happy that I decided to price out the replacement glass instead of buying a new mirror- which would have been well over double what I paid for the size of the mirror.

I called into safelite and was told to come in and see what they could do. Unfortunately the news was bad. I needed a new windshield and they would need to order it. I went decided to go through my insurance and pay the deductible at time of appointment. These new windshields have cameras and computers attached so the windshield would need to be recalibrated.
