As you roll into the automated car wash, the staff are super kind and try to clean the car with soapy water before it even enters the wash, to remove stiff grime. The wash usually always does a good job at getting my car clean, and the dryer works pretty nice as well! Highly recommend Zippy's if you are in need of quick and reliable service.

There was a train crossing the tracks so I thought instead of just waiting, I could get a car wash because I hit every bug between Cedar Rapids and Waukesha over the weekend. You pull in and a staff member will begin scrubbing your car. Then he stopped and I rolled my window down and he asked me which car wash I would like. As usual each one has one more item on the list than the other... I went with the #4... don't ask me what it was, I just remember I didn't get the Rain-X treatment... which actually I kind of wished I had. Oops. Anyway, I paid and then he got to work... scrubbing away, spraying... the whole 9 yards. Then it was off into the wash. The fact that I could see out of my front window was great! However, my two issues... 1) I am lazy, so I would like a car wash that also gives you the option to have the inside cleaned and 2) there was still a couple spots of bird poop on my car... so I need to get it washed again so it doesn't burn itself into the paint. While it may be cheaper and good if you just need a light car wash, if you need something a bit more heavy duty, you may want to keep searching.

Terrible management of this car wash. Kwik Trip has a better wash compared to this one. This place should be condemned. I don't think it will be an operation much longer. When signing up for Service it's all computerized and self serve. Actual car wash did a nice job. There was no clean towels in any of the dispensers to clean windows or wipe your car off. Went into office area ? To look for some towels . Women employees seemed like she was on break or just sitting around. 8 AM on a Saturday you would think they would have towels in the clearly marked clean towels dispenser units instead of customers having to go search for them. After wiping off my car, I wanted to vacuum the inside, but the vacuum was turned off or it was clogged up not sure which. I had to pull my car out and find a working vacuum . As I pulled in to the wash pay station for what I hoped would be a single quick convenient wash on my way home from work on a Friday afternoon, my car was approached and halted by a teenage employee. She proceeded to insist I buy a package. I politely said no "not interested" three times, but still she persisted, leaning in closer to my window. At this point she got aggressive asking, "where do you live?" and I told her she was pushing too hard & I was leaving. She refused to tell me her first name when I asked (so I could reference her to management) finally backing off & saying, "it don't matter". As I reversed my car to exit, she began filming me on her cell phone. The other attendant yelled "then go somewhere else!" as they both laughed and stuck their tongues out with hand gestures. The hassle and harassment at this location is disturbing. Avoid it.
