Very friendly. Fast. Problem with my vehicle was an oil change was performed and my car was leaking oil when I got home. I thought the oil pan bolt was cross threaded. Nope. Oil filter was loose. I tightened it, and everything was fine. Could've been catastrophic if it was to come all the way off!! For the money I spent, I expected better quality. It wasn't what I wanted to find. Jennifer and Matt did a fabulous job. They even checked the cabin air filter, which I have never had anyone do it any other oil and lube company. I will always preferred to have the option of getting something replaced or fixed versus not even getting that opportunity. I'm a big dummy when it comes to car repair, and always trust the professionals to that work for my cars. I had no idea there even was a cabin air filter, until she pulled it out and showed me how disgusting mine was. Also, they hand you a bottle of cold water before you even enter the pit area, which is a very nice special touch. They are super friendly and responsive and quick. Great job you two! read more

The service was spectacular at first- she was very nice- then the upselling started... I just needed an oil change and the upselling kept going... sigh..... then she started speaking to the other attendant and basically complaining I was rude- then he also agreed.... Just need an oil change.. I was trying to be as nice as I could.. Other than that - I appreciated showing the clean oil stick after the change- I wouldn't have gone there seeing these reviews .. makes me wonder if they do improper svc when the extras aren't added....? read more

despite the negative reviews I read,, I wanted to give this place a shot because it's close to where I live and I had a bad experience with the other place in town getting oil all over my engine and requiring and underbody flush....so it was worth trying somewhere else. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised, and the two men working on my car were very nice and helpful. I felt they are very detailed and thorough from what I could tell. The place is a little more on the pricey side for an oil change, but if you can find coupons for this place, it makes it more reasonable. The service itself was great. Seemed pleasant during the oil change, but didn't properly reinstall panel so it fell off while driving and was ruined. Returned and they would have a manager call back and "make it right". After a week, nothing. Recommend that you find other options. read more

whoever the man is with the long beard that goes down to his chest was completely rude and disrespectful in front of my 3 year old. she was recently potty trained and he spoke to me so rude to get back in the car and that I couldn't take her to the bathroom. I have been going here for years and will never again. I feel bad for the others that deal with him. Very rude and I would never recommend this place again. it's a shame because they used to be so awesome. Also they had 3 cars in a row in one lane shoved in. I had them open the door to let me out because I was not about to stay after how rude he was. read more

I have to get synthetic oil for my car which is expensive in itself, but there is no reason they would quote me $140 for only an oil change alone. When I could easily get it for $70 on synthetic oil, up to 6 quarts other places. Not worth it read more

So here's the thing, I have a Volkswagen Jetta and while I was in the waiting room the person working on my car came in and said to another worker " I hate volkswagens, I'm never doing another oil change on a Volkswagen, I absolutely hate them" and I also heard one of them call someone to ask them a question about changing oil on a Volkswagen ... Not so comforting . The staff was super young so I will chalk it up to that and hope they learn how to do more oil changes on more types of cars. I was in there for a super long time and a few people came and went in the time it took for my car to get an oil change. I haven't had that happen at other places. With that being said... While your car gets worked on you can stay in it , wait in the lobby or head over to the cafe connected to it . Cheapest oil change I have ever gotten ! I have a Volkswagen so naturally I have a engine that takes more oil than normal vehicles. Usually I get charged per qt which adds an additional $20-$30 ... but they didn't charge me for the extra Qts here ! read more

Do NOT take your vehicle here for any type of service whatsoever. As a result of their experienced "professionals" I sit with over $5k of damages they are responsible for. The technician admit the damage they did but ensured me that "zip ties are really strong." The manager I spoke with was just as helpful. He took the entire skid plate they cracked and proceeded to snap it in half to remove it. The other pieces they tried to remove didn't go as easy apparently because they just left those hanging. They spoke down to me as they tried to talk their way out of paying for the damages. Trying to imply that somehow I did this and the business recently selling makes them not responsible? Owners and higher management will not return my calls. So now I sit with a vehicle I can not drive nor sell until repaired. read more

I never thought I would leave a review for an oil change, because it's a pretty routine thing. But I have to say that the staff at the Mukwonago Fast Track is outstanding! Great attention to detail, even took the pine sap off my windows when they cleaned it. Cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

Was here recently, been a loyal customer for a while. Young man who brought me into the bay was respectful but the manager or day shift manager was inappropriate. I heard him swear during a conversation with a customer and did so throughout our conversation when we checked out. He was not swearing at me but used swear words as adjectives. Found it unprofessional and this guy was not manager material. He claimed he reset my oil change counter but did not. I was told that this place was just sold and I hope that this guy is not a part of the new business owners idea of "manager" material. read more

They vacuum, wash windows, top off fluids, and give you a maintenance report all with the oil change! Also got a free car wash at kwik trip!! Didn't push any services on me, but were looking out for my car's best interest. Thank you for all your help read more
