There's SWITCH, a HITT/strength training circuit class. Then there's SCULPT, a Pilates like class that focuses a little more on strength. Lastly there's SPAR, a cardio class that switches between boxing and treadmills. All three classes are a challenging and rewarding workout despite being only 30 minutes. The instructors here really take the time to know you, help you, and motivate you. There is definitely a strong sense of community with the studio. The space is clean and aesthetic. They have bathrooms with showers that include both towels and soap. There are lockers everyone can use and lock to hold their stuff without any worry of theft. There is also a coffee bar that serves a variety of drinks, smoothies, and little snacks. I cannot recommend Noble method enough. I used to stay clear from group fitness classes but have learned to fall in love with them once I tried the two week trial here.

Every time I've gone in I've found my self-motivation to increase matched or pushed higher by the energy from the staff and the people around me. Learning the form, consistently going back, knowing your limits but not being afraid to push beyond it -- you'll find all of that energy here. I still hold a Snap Fitness membership. I was one of those kids in college that got up and went to the Rec before class to run suicides or lift weights. The first thing I did when I moved to Columbus was join a gym - before I even had an apartment. I've joined Boss a year ago and I'm not sure I've done the same exercise twice. Not exaggerating at all. No one is sulking around, there are no cell phones, theres ZERO judgement. It's impossible to have a bad workout here. There's abundant energy and motivation. The grueling workouts are fun and the time flies. I'm a better person everytime I walk out of the building. Taj and James are important people in my life. They both push and care about me. I talk business with James after workouts. Neighborhoods and real estate with Taj. They ask if everything is ok if I miss a couple days. I admire every single person that is a member at BOSS. They all push themselves, they dont judge themselves or others, they are tremendous leaders, and more so than anything they are tremendous humans. I see no reason to ever workout anywhere else.

He gave me tips to improve on some sports injuries from the past and helped tremendously with tight areas.. My body felt better afterwards than a massage. I was not expecting his. My ex Jessica Swan-Young allowed her kids to do pretty much anything. She also teaches them to steal as she stole my house from me out there at 29 N 12th St. She hasn't paid since December 2022 also skipping October 2022 and continues to stay there. Someone just bought it from me in August via Sheriff's auction but can't follow through with the purchase since she refuses to talk to anyone or leave. She's a very bad person wish we had laws that would deal with her how she deserves. So of course her daughter Brianna was acting out causing trouble for others here! She was around 4 at the time. Her mom is a very vindictive person who pretends not to be. The staff here treated me with decency and from what I can tell were doing what they could to make the kids feel special.
