Joe Banko did a great job finding the car l wanted at the right price. It was not easy since Toyota dealers did not have it in stock and it took time to find it and get it to me on the East Coast from the Midwest. Joe was prompt in responding when there were some problems with the dealership and effective in resolving them. He saved me a lot of time and quite a bit of money.

Mike was really easy to work with, and he got me a great deal not only on my lease but also on my trade-in.

We went in this morning to purchase a used Rogue. Ian instantly greeted my father and I. He was…read morevery low pressure, relaxed and very professional. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a concern about the brakes and he had their technicians take a look at it right away while we started the paperwork. The brakes have another 10K miles until I need to replace the pads. Overall, the car I purchased was in excellent condition and I am very happy with my purchase so far. The paperwork process with Ryan went smoothly. I would definitely recommend. Very happy with my experience with this dealership.

TO RYAN. I am beyond frustrated with this Buick I purchased in March. From the very beginning, it…read morehas been nothing but problems, and the dealership has not taken accountability. * The trunk doesn't open with the Buick logo or the key fob. * The check engine light came on literally one day after I got the car. On June 14th, it flashed "Service Engine" and another warning when I started it. * The car floods into all the floorboards and even the seatbelt compartments. The drain holes are broken, so water just sits inside the car. Now it's frozen, and frost has literally covered the inside of the vehicle. * The rim that came with the car kept popping my tires--I had to replace them over and over until I finally bought a new rim myself. * The oil pan they gave me has stripped threads and needs to be replaced. * The tire sensor is swapped or misconfigured, so I can't even trust the readings. ALSO NO AC !!! and not to mention i called them the week after i got it and noticed these problems and RYAN (the salesman who sold me this lemon) crying out of frustration he said he couldn't help and no one would be available till the next coming week. I had to buy a whole cover because when it rains and snows it leaks. when i got the car and the engine light came on it was because the car was so flooded. the water came RUSHING to the front like a tsunami whenever i would press the break. there is many more problems that have occurred but its so many i can't remember them all!!! I HAD TO GET A WHOLE NEW CAR (tesla model 3) FROM NORTH COAST MITSUBISHI MOTORS WEST CLEVELAND, ask for LOGUNN LITTLES !! he was AMAZING and sold me a beautiful tesla with no complications. I'm sure Ryan from KDK AUTO will remember the call and realize how maybe he should've taken it seriously back then. so now i have to go a different route. This is unacceptable. A car that i have had for less than a year should not have this many serious issues. I've already had to replace parts out of my own pocket, and the flooding/frost situation is a major safety hazard. I feel completely misled and stuck with a defective vehicle. If you value your money and safety, avoid this dealership. They sold me a car that is a nightmare to own, and I'm prepared to pursue Lemon Law action if this isn't resolved.

I picked up my truck from Carvana yesterday and my experience was generally positive, but there…read morewere a few things worth calling out. I spoke with two client service reps over the phone. The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

It was difficult in the beginning. After getting my offer and trying to move forward it kept…read moretelling me I was locked out even with new password or sending for a code. I was finally able to talk with a real person who was fantastic and she walked me through the process. After that I was ok. Signing documents and sending pictures of my license on line was new to me. Taking my jeep to carvana and getting my check was easy. The whole process is much more complicated than the commercial on TV. But for an old guy I made it.
