Not only were they horribly expensive, but they took absolutely forever to get me a quote (who has time to sit there for 2+ through their presentation of how they're the best?!). They are proud to admit they're the most expensive, and then they move onto the used car salesman tactics of 'let me ask my manager' and 'if we go any lower than that we'll be taking money out of our employees pockets' and 'if you order today we'll give you 30% off!' typical pressure tactics. I said thank you and asked them to leave. That's when I found Econize! They were extremely respectful of my time, and showed me a 3D mock up of my closets within minutes. They offered an extremely reasonable price (less than half of what closet America quoted for 1 closet). Once I hired them for the work, they showed up perfectly on time, exactly on the day we agreed on, and their workers were very respectful and left my house clean.
